Bugs!

Only just started using Dojo payment machine and first time using the app but have not been able to get far as it keeps crashing. Was trying to use the tap to pay function but never got round to it before it crashed again. Seems like a very useful app but major bugs need sorting. Also heats the phone up a lot when using (before crashing!)

Been using for a year. Whilst it can be ok, it’s slow, especially for transactions tab. I would like deeper integration into the till system (SumUp) so I can see actual sales data like what was on the order. I would like to see actual gratuity per transaction not just as a global ‘lump sum’ amount. I would like ‘compare’ feature so I can see how we are tracking against past day/week/month… similar to the Google Analytics app. Tap to Pay has no ability to remove an old device, and despite asking 4 times, I still have an old phone showing as ‘active’ on there. No integration with Walk-Up system to see at a glance what’s been booked. Also no integration of that functionality and the till system either, still requires manual input. No loyalty scheme for business owners. So overall it’s ‘ok’ …but in a data driven and integrated world, is that enough any more?

Good app but some major features missing

Good app, I can check everything on the go, but some major features missing.1. The monthly invoice is not available in the app.2. No custom range for transaction.3. Unable to download monthly pdf statements of the card taking.Otherwise is really good app and instant notification. I hope the will add above features soon.

Your Dojo app just got a little bit smoother. We've fixed some bugs and tidied up some code. Hopefully it'll run that little bit better for you from now on.
