In recognising that your ongoing health is of vital importance to both you and your family, we’ve partnered with Square Health who can provide you with expert medical assistance and wellbeing support – all accessible through the HSBC Online Health Services app. Square Health is the sole provider of the following clinical health services: • Second Medical Opinion - an extra layer of reassurance. Check a diagnosis, ask questions and get advice on treatment options by speaking to a UK-based medical specialist by video call or face-to-face. • Remote GP Consultation - your consultation is only a call away. Talk to a UK doctor 24/7 about any health or medical concerns by video call • Prescription Services - the easy way to get a prescription. Your Remote GP is also able to write private prescriptions without you needing to visit a clinic • Physiotherapy - restoring movement and function. Take advantage of an initial assessment, personalised treatment plan • Health MOT - knowledge is power. Arrange a Health MOT through the app to get tested on the status of over 20 health markers using a simple blood test kit • Mental Health Support - looking after your mind. Access an initial video assessment with counsellors, therapists who specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychologists As a policyholder you can enjoy these at no extra cost and with no consultation fees. Services available to you will depend upon the type of policy you have with us. Your partner and children (up to age 23) can also take advantage of some of the services. I had the misfortune to pick up a nasty infection while abroad, worried about getting hold of my GP when I got back to the UK, I tried my luck with the 24/7 GP support. I had a video appointment within 90 mins and a prescription emailed to me immediately afterwards.I was able to collect my antibiotics before I got home from the airport!Brilliant and convenient service.

Can’t move past profile screen after registration. Absolutely poor response from support, multiple email exchanges yet they simply can’t be bothered to read or comprehend. Buggy and broken. Also they forces you to type the passwords on registration in day and age of password managers. I generated 36 char random password but unable to autofill or paste. You actually have to TYPE. Forces you to chose dumb passwords on important health data app. Atrocious experience overall. If these are the providers HSBC partners with, I’m thinking of moving to different Bank.

I do understand that online conversations have there restrictions, but I did suffer a bit with a freezing screen and sound breakup. The flow of information coming to me was, by Dr Pearce’s own admission, not ideal. He explained that slight lack of blood sample quantity restricted the opportunity to produce all results. Overall, Dr Pearce, who was very courteous and helpful, thought actually the best advice would be to attend at my doctor to get a full test. The Square Health check is a useful guide though is no replacement for a visit to my GP for an NHS test. Please note that GP’s don’t appear to welcome emails, so the app asking me for the doctor’s email merely prompted me to guess it (it’s a required answer to be given)
