This was the first time I have booked any event in a long time . I found this company so easy to use . I was very impressed with their speedy reply when I had a query. The site looks very professional and trustworthy so I have booked with them again. I had the greatest time ever with my friends at Mama Mia The Party.

Having hidden fees such as processing, transaction and delivery of an e-ticket added later on is not consumer friendly. Having booking fee plus the other aforementioned ones is also questionable. Showing the total and later on a split on what goes where is way better to make an informed decision upfront and most of competitors already do it. Also the Apple Pay payment flow is broken and tries to open in a pop up and simply doesn’t work, what’s further infuriating is that they’ve blocked the operating system autofill for payment cards, which is simply wild… Payment and fees aside, it wasn’t a bad experience purchasing tickets via this app.

No issues with purchasing tickets. However I do feel they could improve their site by linking the Fansale site to the eventim. Other ticket sites automatically send you to their ticket resale site when you search for artist. This one doesn’t and so many are not aware there is a resale at face value for artists which have used eventim. I had never heard of Fansale and so I don’t believe it is marketed very well. We have all heard of the rip off sites like viagogo and ticketmaster resales etc. but Fansale is good but doesn’t link to Eventim and so many not aware it exsists. Consequently I am not confident that my Ed Sheeran tickets will sell.

I used to have no problems with this app, it worked perfectly for both browsing and booking tickets. Now...not so much. Browsing is ok, but as soon as I try to purchase tickets it all goes wrong. The app and the website both seem to fail now on an iPhone - each trying to redirect to the other, and then the banking check page fails to run properly, so the whole thing just times out and I end up having to log on to a desktop computer instead (by which time I’ve lost my tickets). Needs addressing and updating as it’s been like this now for a while. For a major ticketing partner, it’s not currently good enough by any means.
