I really like this platform, great AI results and the agents do exactly what I put into the prompt area. Seems to run out of credits quickly and can be a bit frustrating but I will still continue to use.

Great results, but frustrating stability issues

Firefly has a lot of potential. The AI-generated images and videos are genuinely impressive, and the interface itself is clean and intuitive. Unfortunately, the app just isn’t stable enough to enjoy using consistently. After only a couple of generations, the interface becomes unresponsive, forcing a restart.Even more frustrating, every time the app is relaunched, it seems to forget the previously selected model and settings, so you have to manually reselect them before continuing. It really interrupts the creative flow.If the developers can fix these stability problems and make the app remember user settings between sessions, Firefly could easily become a top-tier creative AI tool on iOS.

I downloaded the app today and when I started using it a message popped up: sign up now and you will get unlimited generations until 1 December. I did and immediately ran out of credits and couldn’t use the app anymore.UPDATE: I raised the issue with firefly customer service, was assured they were working on it. Last time they messaged me on 26/11 asking if the issue had been resolved - no it had not! And still is not! But guess what, it’s December now so the promotion is over! Overall, rubbish experience. Glad I found another image/ video generator that is completely FREE.EDIT: I can’t reply to the response below so will reply here. I experienced this issue with all the models and a ticket was raised to be investigated, never received any reply and then after some time the ticket was closed.

Tried this today in work. It was ok but not great with text which a lot of other apps also struggle with. I’m not new to AI prompts and know that for the best results you need specific prompts but this didn’t seem to do as well as other AI so is a little behind.It’s also expensive for what it can do and is not included with my existing Adobe package. It’s ok but and will probably improve with time but there are many apps out there right now that do it better so not worth the money for what it offers right now.Just paying for the name really.
