Efficient easy service

During these unprecedented times, I have unfortunately had to alter/cancel bookings and reschedule, which usually would be very complicated, especially in relation to my specific circumstances. However, the customer service team have been so helpful during the whole process and even though I was not able to get my flight money back from EasyJet (which was out of OTB control) the rest of the process has been so easy and efficient. I would recommend On The Beach to anybody who is booking a trip and has given me great security about booking in the future, as I have traditionally used high street travel agencies previously and I would always go to On The Beach in the future. Special shout out to Gary, Jodie and Jacquie in customer services for there consistent, helpful attitude throughout the process.

My partner and myself were due to fly out on our holiday today. Like a lot of people,we were in limbo about holidays going ahead and like a lot of people,we were waiting to here what onthebeach were going to say! I have been shielding since the beginning because I was and still am ‘vulnerable’ so as soon we heard news about our holiday,I tried to call but could only email and promptly did,explaining my predicament. I explained why and said I would like to reschedule our holiday until next year. I wasn’t after a refund,I just wanted to rebook for next year instead! There was no communication from onthebeach at all,even after more emails were sent but they took the outstanding money owed towards the holiday without notifying or contacting me. Another email was sent to onthebeach and I finally got a response 6 hours after my flight had taken off today?Onthebeach said they can not help in this matter and signed off with’have a nice day’... I have lost over £1600! They have taken all the money and that’s the best they can do but if that’s the best they can do,God help anyone else having problems with onthebeach.Totally disgusted and disappointed with the lack of help and consideration from onthebeach especially in these difficult and trying times,thinking anyone can afford to lose a sum of money,as large as this,when very few are able to work. I would advise anyone booking a holiday to book elsewhere.Ian

I have been using On The Beach now for many years when booking holidays including my last one (Maldives) and can honestly say every single holiday has been incredible! I will not book with anyone else! If you have a problem you are directed to the chatbot which is actually really good once you get over the fact you cannot speak to an advisor! No matter the issue they will respond with an operator and will always resolve! You won’t get better protected holidays or service than this!

I booked a holiday for me and my friends and from start to finish it’s been terrible to get in contact with on the beach I put in my original booking 9 hold luggage and on the booking confirmation after I paid it said there was only 7 bags so I tried to call them and couldn’t get in touch so after a few weeks of bother I decided just to pay the extra just to make sure the bags were secured £200 plus a £30 admin fee it said when I added the bags get to the checkout now it’s saying £264 I pay it anyways because I’m stupid get the new booking confirmation and it says 7 hold luggage again I tried to call on the beach and it didn’t even ring it just said “you have been barred from calling this number” now I’m down an extra £264 I can’t contact them and my friends are getting annoyed there’s only 7 bags
