Please make it easier to find the notification

Great idea to share what you child is doing or the latest plea from teachers. Problem is each time I get a notification icon on home screen I go into the app then have to trawl through each child and each section to find the notification- nightmare. Please show a notification icon on the child then the area so the message is easier to find!

Good idea not put together well

Yea the app itself is a great idea, finding out what your child has done in school is great. But it’s just messy and basic with some features that don’t work. Obviously doesn’t work for the teachers either, one message comes through being wrote 20+ times so several notifications. Sometimes I can’t even get on the app to look, it loads a white screen and takes a few attempts to get on, it would be nice if it was made easier to change between children, always takes me a few attempts, and can we sort out messages/news I have read and ticked to disappear because the numbers to give a notification are beginning to get on my nerves every time I open it, never going down. With something so important I’d expect to see a somewhat professional app not like a 4 year olds attempt to make a website.

Over complicated

Every message has a link, you can’t open without google chrome or having another app specifically for this. There is no communication back to any teachers. The links to school money , school dinners etc do not work. It’s really hard to find an old message having to scroll through pages to find them, and then you have to high five the teachers to let them know you have seen messages, this app if for adults to use not children and on that note I Can’t even say it looks appealing. The child’s characters monsters are creepy it’s a dark and dingy monster theme, again for adults ?? Just can’t find anything good about it.
