We've made improvements to the Business Mobile app so that now you can see your account balances and transactions.

You'll still need to use the app when you set up on Internet Banking:
- New recipients for UK payments
- New standing orders
- New recipients for international payments

For extra convenience and security, you’ll also be able to set up both fingerprint and Face ID log in if your device supports it.

What you need to use this app
You’ll need to be a TSB Business Banking customer, registered for Business Internet Banking and have a device running iOS 11 or above.

Logging in for the first time
When you use the app for the first time, you’ll need to enter your User ID, password and three characters of your memorable information. You’ll then have the option to select a number to get a call back or an SMS with a code to activate the app.

Tsb app

Good every day quick banking online . Good security and Easy to access provided you know what you are doing. Is weird you still get bank charges although it’s self service .
For the elderly. Partially sighted or mental physically impaired Tsb is showing they have staff who sit behind a counter and say they cannot serve you but have time to take you to the cash point . You cannot ask cash point questions or address other issues. The app does the job .soon we will have AI at the counters in the bank soon .

Good app but still with some limitations

I have been using the Business account App for several years. I already had a personal account with the bank through the TSB->Lloyds/TSB->TSB transitions.
Despite the possibility of providing the option to link accounts by something other than NAME, e.g. National Security Number, I have never been able to link my accounts as I would have liked. When my personal account was opened, you had a choice of the Name against the account, and I use my middle name. However in more recent times the First name MUST be on the account. Not a problem! It would be nice to be able to link them, and I still want my chosen name on my personal account.

Appalling software design!

I bank with TSB personal banking as well as TSB Business. However I have (wow) 2 .. yes 2 separate companies and therefore need two completely separate business apps to clear payments to both. The trouble is that TSB does not allow me to load 2 separate apps - only 1. Which means I can only clear business payments from 1 company. One can only assume that the people in charge of online banking haven't imagined that anyone could run two separate companies. Indeed Im not sure they can even run 1! Looking into moving to a new bank with a more intelligent way of serving customers… any suggestions anyone??

Has anyone seen TSB’s reply??? Typical vacant rubbish… probably from the developer him (or her) self. About as much chance of them getting up from their couch and doing something intelligent as waiting for a pig to fly.
