Fix Money Manager
I have been using this app for over a year and suddenly the money manager does not work. I cannot change the categories as half of the categories are no longer listed when I try change them as I usually would. The categories are highlighted in blue instead of the green icons. Not sure if this is a bug but checked and my husband is having the same issue with his app. We unlinked our accounts, deleted the app and reinstalled but to no avail. Please fix this issue asap as any other apps we have tried for budgeting have been useless.

Problems!
App stopped working eight days ago and I have no access to my money! An Post Money customer services people are lovely to deal with but no success with making this work. I have IOS 18.3.1 and V2 of the app, have deleted and reloaded the app, turned my IPad on and off Etc Etc Etc!!! To say I’m getting very, very annoyed and frustrated with this would be an understatement. I would like to recommend this App but in all conscience I couldn’t encourage anyone to do so especially if they end up in my current situation of wondering when and if ever I will get access to my account! Is this an IOS versus V2 compatibility issue, something more permanent or something unique to me, I can’t seem to get a straight answer out of anyone.
Update:
I am now almost two weeks without access to my account (I seem to have been locked out of online access as well as the App) and though the customer support/customer complaints people are very pleasant to deal with I am starting to steam here! Worst financial services app in the history of apps, just bloody awful, do not under any circumstances try to use this app, a five year old would come up with a better system.

Stuck in USA and app won’t let me load money on or confirm security on app
An post should be ashamed of themselves for this poor attempt at just taking peoples money and not providing a service, please stick to delivering letters and stop failing at banking services. If I could give zero stars I would shameful, unprofessional, and unpleasant experiences with an post app. Cutting all banking ties with an post when I get home , thank god for real banks like BOI and AIB, don’t take a risk just use a real bank.
I just got a please contact the developer request to help solve problem, I think with all the 1 star reviews from heartbroken customers you know what the problem is and can’t fix it so PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP OR SERVICE IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED ACCESS TO A DIFFERENT CURRENCY. They have let me down for the 2 weeks of my holiday and caused nothing but stress and aggravation I had to use every trick in my IT book just to put money on the card with no way of checking any transactions.
Absolute nightmare, I will NEVER use this app or service again , life and vacations are too short for using an app that doesn’t work properly.
