I've had a brilliant experience with Three. The network is reliable, coverage has been great wherever I've needed it, and the value for money is hard to beat. Setting everything up was quick and straightforward, and whenever I've had a question, the customer service team has been friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend Three to anyone

I would give it 5 stars but I had to knock a star off because what’s so annoying about it is it’s keeps logging me out twice today I had to log back in it’s very frustrating

Developer Response
Hi Reggiecal, apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during login. To improve your experience, we've added a new 'remember me' feature. Simply update to the latest version of the app and click the 'remember me' button on the login screen to activate it for future logins.

The campaigns and bonuses are really good and helpful. But when I want to top up my account using the bonus feature in the app, I have to enter my phone number every single time. There should be an option for topping up for my number or add new one. If I am topping up for my number so three plus should fill that part automatically or use Apple Pay contact details.

Hi Umut, we apologise for this inconvenience. Would you be able to send on details of what you are experiencing so that we can identify the issue? Was the €5 AppStore coupon not applying to your account correctly? Please contact 3Plus@Three.ie. thanks 3Plus team

Two issues with this app but overall it's not bad

In general it is what it is. It's good for getting a few quid off things like restaurants, books, food delivery companies etc. There's also some good competitions. A loyalty programme of sorts. Beyond that I'm unsure how engaging it is. But worth a download. Two issues however. 1. It logs me out of my account/app when there are updates. Not a huge deal but the only app I have that has this and it's just annoying more than anything else. Unsure why as there's no real sensitive information held in the app. Seems unnecessary. 2. When it comes to saving some promotion codes, it's just crashes out. Unsure why but it's always does this. I have an iPhone 5c. Maybe that's it but I doubt I'm the only one.
