Very Good Indian Bank
One of the few Indian Banks that caters to Indian citizens. The banking officers are very helpful and they have always kept the relationship well in building relationships and help with suggestions on how to build the wealth portfolio. My parents had introduced me to the bank about 14 years ago. I have never seen an issues. Even the branch Manager ensures that the customer is served at the bank and they are ready to spend some time with you. Honestly, the Managers take the interest of serving you. They don’t appear to shoo the customers out of the bank. Unlike the PSU banks which will keep you waiting for hours just to update your KYC. The PSUB Manager considers the clients as worms.
The government should consider that National Banks be privatised. There will be many willing buyers
Worst app and worst bank
I have taken credit card emi and I used to pay before the due date and now from past 3 to 4 months I’m not able to see any credit statements nor pay button option in app so I request axis bank executive to resolve this technical issue and still no use and because of these technical faults axis bank charging interest on me and asking to pay those interest as well such fraud service I never expected from reputed bank, it’s there responsibility to provide proper service and when I reach to axis bank to report this incident they says that credit card is not in our department it’s a separate service u have to report in Lalbagh office then why the hell they call and say axis bank credit card payment is due or pending when its a separate department or service, and again they say for faster service use axis bank app and this is how or faster they provide service. Worst app worst bank. Not even like to give single star as well but there’s no other option. One advise to axis bank if u had provided better service or when I reached to bank office if they could have respected my compliant and resolved soon I would have appreciated bank service look again where your falling down.
Worst User Interface/ Service availability
I have opened an account few months back and also I have increased my transaction limit. So they do have a “Modify Transaction Limit” section which is useless because if you change that also it wont be reflected in your account settings :) I had to travel to branch to ask to increase my transaction limit but guess what they will revert you back by saying call customer care, what is the use if we cant even resolve the issue physically? One guy recommended me to register the net-banking as well because the limit there is more. After I registered all they said is now ypir limit will be reduced to 30k for FIVE days. Also I want to point out that the security applied to account is great but what about the availability of your service? You made security so complex (eg: If you change any password/ add face ID) your transaction limit will reduce?? Like I really doubt if Axis really follows CIA traid when they implemented such security measure. If you already have 2 FA in-place then why do you even ask the security question after OTP verification? Please mention 3FA there then, because its a waste of time.
