I placed an order for saree blouse and ready to wear saree from cloud tailor. The whole process was very seamless. After placing the order , I got a call where they confirmed my order and scheduled a pick up. I had shared reference designs while placing order. A designer was assigned who reviewed my reference designs and helped me with measurements over call. I then entered my measurements on the app. The stitching was then started.Then I got the outfit delivered to my doorstep. It was very convenient and time saving to not visit a tailor in person and still get the outfit stitched. I love the fitting , stitching and the design. Definitely getting my future outfits stitched from cloud tailor. I highly recommend downloading the app.

Iplaced the order for blouse stitching for festival 2 weeks before the event still the representative calls me a week before saying the order will be delayed. After telling her that I have big event planned and I can't go to other tailor then she told she will check and call me back.. she did not call me me that day.. the next day I only called me then she asked me to give one extra day and waited till then but when I called on delivery day to check on the order she again said she will update and did not call me so went to pickup the order it wasn't ready I had wait till night to get it ready..
