My experience with the LIC app has been nothing short of frustrating. From login issues to the inability to pay for premium services through the app, it has been a letdown. As India's largest insurance company, one would expect a seamless and user-friendly app experience. However, this is far from reality.Despite investing significant amounts in various companies, LIC seems to have overlooked the importance of investing in app restructuring. The app's functionality is subpar, and it fails to meet the basic needs of its users. In today's digital age, where convenience is key, LIC's app falls short of providing a satisfactory experience.I urge LIC to prioritize app development and restructuring to enhance customer satisfaction. A well-designed and functional app is crucial for customers to manage their insurance policies seamlessly. It's time for LIC to step up and ensure that their app reflects the quality of service they aspire to provide. Until then, customers like myself are left feeling disappointed and underserved.

Dear lic, we are facing very much difficult in paying lic premiums and getting to know the due dates, due amount and etc. This app is worst of its kind. OTP wont work. App wont open. Login cant be done on time. Everything is old waste junk. Sorry to say this. LIC is a big company you should not have app like this… everyone is upgrading. Even non-banking companies very low customers bank/finance companies have a good functioning app. With new model fully functional app new customers will come, people will be encouraged to pay online. Payments will be done quickly since everyone has a busy life. You should make everyone’s life even more easy with your app. If you need any input contact me but please make excellent app with exceptional features which are not even available in any other. Please it’s a request. Sorry if you offended with my review but it is my view for my lic.

I registered all my policies digitally few yrs back, now this app brought all services into my control,I can have total control on premium payments, loan repayments, new products, grievances, premium services,locators,caliculaters what you ask all are included and well executed. They have taken precaution to lock account till payment is validated preventing double payments which is not available with all banking& credit card apps. All payments at your fingertips I say it’s very good work
