I have 2 vehicles logged in. Obviously 2 separate people use 2 vehicles. So I need the app to show one vehicle on one device and another on another device. This app doesn't allow that. It shows both vehicles on same device at a time. Only one device can have data of vehicles. It's ridiculous.

I purchased a new car and along with that a Fastag from IDFC First Bank.It worked for a few days and then stopped abruptly. My mobile app shows that the FASTag has been hotlisted and has a balance of Rs. 2094 to my credit. Since then, for the last few weeks I have been trying to identify the issue and solve that. Neither the dealer nor IDFC First Bank has given me any solution. Meanwhile for travel I have pay double the toll amount at the booths on the way. The officials whom I contacted said that it could be a problem with the software. The problem that I have is the bank has apparently started this service as a bait to gather potential customers but is not serious in understanding their inconveniences in case any issues crop up. Very immature management! I shudder to think that I was attracted with the rate of interest advertised by the bank and was about to invest my life’s savings in the bank.

There isno support from this bank when you sale your car, the game start now , they dont give any suport from their local branch, today i am at patan, gujarat branch i just want to close my fast tag because there is some issue when i am doing online by my self , may be i did mustake or some system error , so i visited here in41 degre temp . but in they even just said we dont have rights, my que is if your desk how may help you not doing there job . Then it was there ? Is for only legal compliance purpose ? Bcoz if i want buy fast tag then they agresivly jump and help wothout any rights? So if not usefull then remove it and save the cost, by the way that lady is not a helping employee?? At least she can guide. And dear all fast tagbuyer dont bh fast tag when you want to close your fast tag they only send otp otp and otp no closing support system by them .
