Not able to see my FD accounts details. Tried all. After selecting Fixed deposits, it takes me for opening new fixed deposit accounts. Can not see existing FD accounts. No option for investing in SGB through app. Pathetic app. Overall flow wise , old app was better. Please improve it and provide all functionality in it. Or just withdraw it. Thanks.

I am not getting my fd interest so I contacted them via phone for 2 days 60 times but when selecting the option 2 its getting me in loan department or credit card department or main menu. Only one time i can connect to a account department arrange a call back but they never called me back.i send a mail also to my relationship manager no response. We save our hard earned money in bank for safety and for some time i am feeling yes bank is not safe place anymore. Also the customer service are so careless their behaviour told that. Dont keep your money in this bank I will switch soon. They also not giving me to change preferred language but when called from a land line they are working. I think its targetting my number because few days back i refused a yesbank + icici bank investment. I dont know may be this or their banking system is collapsing.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this mobile banking app. Basic functions that should be simple — like downloading annual statements or accessing account details — are unnecessarily complicated and frustrating to use. The interface is confusing, slow, and not user-friendly at all.The most disappointing part is the customer support experience. When you actually need help, it is very difficult to find proper support within the app. Contacting customer service feels like a maze, and the process is neither smooth nor reliable. This is especially annoying for a banking app where timely assistance is crucial.Overall, the app does not meet the basic expectations of a modern banking application. It needs serious improvement in usability, accessibility of key features, and responsive customer support. Until these issues are addressed, the experience remains inconvenient and frustrating.

I’ve been using the IRIS Yes Bank app for a while, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The app is slow, frequently crashes, and often fails to load critical sections like transaction history or fund transfers. Navigation is unintuitive, and the user interface feels outdated and clunky.Moreover, there are persistent login issues—even biometric authentication fails randomly, forcing repeated OTP verifications. Customer support through the app is also unresponsive, making it frustrating when you need urgent help.For a banking app, reliability and smooth performance are non-negotiable, and IRIS falls short on both fronts. I hope the developers prioritize fixing these issues and improving the overall user experience.
