1. No option to add a remark/comment for prescription reviewer and cart creater while submitting a prescription2. No option to remove some medicine from an already created card.3. There should be an option to choose generic low cost medicines or create cart by yourself and reviewer should review it and match with the prescription.4. The prices for lab tests are super high even after discount.5. Their support executives are highly untrained. The asked me to put comment in the remark section by submitting a cart but there is no remark section at all on the app. 6. Every time the app selects location on its own. It should consider already added address and locations. Why should I adjust location each time.7. No updates after placing an order, didn’t get an option to make an online payment.8. They think like they are God and users are their servants and they are doing a favour for users by creating this extremely buggy app. 9. They are taking several hours to review and reject a cart and with incorrect remarks. What a nonsense is going on.10. No real time support. Worst app at all. I would have given it negative ratings but there is no option.
