Dear whole Team of RBL and respected Vishavir Ahuja sir , My name is Tanya Bhatia and I am a customer of your RBL bank. I am writing to you because I would like to discuss about your staff who all are very unprofessional & untrained. I Am facing some problem in loan statement and I had done each & everything spoke to customer care staff, Marked email & done follow up many times since 26 February 2021 but till now I have not received any response or email in regard the same. My bill is overdue now and I am getting calls again n again for the payment but nobody is taking action against my problem. I spoke to Mr mayank ( senior person) but no response. I am a very valuable customer to banks I haven’t faced this kind of problem in another bank before but I don’t know Why it is happening here. Just because of your staff’s miscommunication, delayed behaviour & not taking there job seriously I am facing it all. It is affecting my *CIBIL score*I really don’t have time for all this I have a very busy schedule. But there is no cooperation from your team members. Everytime I have to call to your customer care and tell the whole story again & again. Its been a Month now I am tolerating the same It is effective *my mental health very badly* as I am not that person who doesn’t want to pay the bill. Please check my previous record of payments & call records all. But I would like to request you to please sort this out ASAP so that I can make the payment. RBL MyBank is a great app for all my banking needs. Its fast, convenient and secure. For IPO purpose its UI is the best. Also funds are unblocked quickly without any glitches. One suggestion: for IPO apply section, it currently shows demat and account numbers. This becomes confusing when have 2 or more Kids (minor) accounts linked. Please include Name along with demat and a/c number. You may show only First name along with last 4 digit of the demat and a/c numbers. This will not tak much space also will help us to see whose demat and bank a/c number I am choosing for the application.

With the recent updates, App doesn’t work with the office profile/vpn connected, previously there was warning getting displayed to the end user that vpn detected but the application was accessible and now it is totally restricted, need to uninstall the office profile/vpn (ms defender) in order to access the application. I have reported this many times to the RBL bank with screenshots and relevant information but nothing has been changed. All other banking applications are accessible except this RBL bank. I understand the security aspect but still having a standard valid authenticated org profile and vpn like ms defender app should be accessible. Most pathetic experience with RBL bank and its application
