A wonderful app built on a great concept. This app is very helpful if you are new to a city and trying to find a doctor nearby. Best part is recommendations and reviews by patients which help you with information regarding the doctor and his clinic. I found it extremely easy to book an appointment with a doctor but I wanted to double check on the doctor availability for which I actually called the clinic as well, and with the google maps location in the app I could easily navigate to the clinic. I also received couple of reminder messages from the app regarding my upcoming doctors appointment which I think is a great feature. I later on found that they also provide online consultations with doctors and give medicines on discounts. A lot of medicines which the doctor prescribed me were expensive, but through Practo app I could order them at a discount which helped me save a lot of money. When I ordered the medicines it asked me to upload the prescription and after verification of the prescription it took then 24 hours to deliver the medicines to my home address. The customer service was good to clarify on the doubts had for the order, after the initial delay they could deliver medicines in time for me to start the dosages. I think overall the experience can be further improved but use wise the app is straight forward and found it quite self explanatory. Found the 1st experience of ordering medicine online convenient. This app is good and convenient and helpful in case of medical need.

We Consulted Dr. Deepika Sood for entire 9 months of my pregnancy, we finally blessed with a healthy baby girl on 4th May by normal delivery under the supervision of Dr. Deepika Sood . From the starting Dr. Deepika guided us for healthy mother will have a healthy baby concept. In this entire period, I feel blessed with the support, guidance, care and the empathy of Dr. Deepika, she is an angel. I recommend her to all my friends and relatives. Whenever I visited Dr. Deepika I felt a new positivity and my energy level automatically gone up, In the beginning of my pregnancy there were times when I feel very nervous and low and I will give Dr. Deepika all the credit for giving me the strength, positivity and utmost care, she treats all her patients like a family member and gives all great advises with a big smile. I strongly recommended all to be moms to visit Dr. Deepika Sood.Thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor that you are! You always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. I feel so blessed to know you and have you as my doctor.

I made a Lab Test through Practo. But it’s not allowing to make payment online. At last I opted Pay by Cash. I contacted help desk through Chat.. waited for a long time get response. They usually ask to logout and login again; if it is not happening try to reinstall the APP. After all these experiences nothing changed. I really appreciate the response from the Lab. They provide the Report on same day before they committed. Again trying to find Doctor assistance(need to lot of research to connect Doctor through the Chat box) 🥲. Two times I reached the help desk to find the option. Doctor tried to connect through Video- not happened, connected through Audio- Luckily got connected in the second attempt. Dr asked to upload the Report. Again it’s a tough Job. After multiple try upload job successful completed. Prescription provided. Started uploading prescription.. No response from the pharmacist. Again contacted the help desk.. multiple customer care person attended through chat. Pharmacist called.. medicine ordered(it was same day delivery).. again payment issues- Amount deducted from my account but not reflecting on Practo.. as usual suggestions from help desk(re login or re install). I understand nothing will change. I opted pay by cash. After selecting the option I got a message saying that the medicine is out of stock.

I am extremely disappointed with the Practo Care plan I purchased yesterday. My very first appointment turned out to be a frustrating experience. I booked a consultation with Dr. Harini P. Shetty at Ovum Hospital, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru through the Practo app. However, upon reaching the hospital, the staff informed me that they no longer accept bookings from Practo, despite the appointment being available on the app.After a prolonged argument of nearly 30 minutes, I was asked to pay ₹950 as a consultation fee, and only then was I allowed to see the doctor. This completely defeated the purpose of purchasing the ₹2400 membership. Adding to the frustration, there was no immediate or effective customer support available through the app—no direct phone number and no clear way to reach a support agent via chat.Based on my poor first experience, I would strongly advise users to be cautious before purchasing this subscription.
