New Update Just Okay

Pros: I like that I can search by date to see my past readings.Cons: Another AI assistant that can’t be turned off, and no info on what happens with the information it is being given. I also don’t like that the font size for my current reading has gotten much smaller and less obvious at a glance. Meh: it’s possible the meal tracker may be useful in the future, but for now it (along with activity and sleep) feels like my glucose monitor is trying to compete with my Fitbit.Things I would love to see improved:-make AI opt-in (or at least able to be turned off)-ability to customize Daily screen to focus on what we find important-PLEASE make a widget to view readings at a glance on lock screen (similar to Shuggah)-maybe even allow us to see our numbers below 70 or above 250, since our monitors already have that info? Or at least able to see readings more than every 15 minutes (again, since our monitors already check more often). Again, see Shuggah and other similar apps.

New Update is Horrible

Prior to the new update that came out this month July 2026 I was quite happy with the app and found it be very helpful. I made a MASSIVE mistake by choosing to update the app and now I can’t go back. The color scheme choices make it extremely difficult to read without having to squint and really focus on what it says. The amount of AI “knowledge” is useless and you can’t turn it off. The way the glucose graph is designed is a joke. They took away the 1 hour glucose reads, the lowest you can go is 3 hours, which is pointless since for me looking at my trends 2 hours after eating is what I’m most interested in. In order to access the data requires many more steps and is quite frustrating. Also any time past 11 hours takes your glucose readings and turns them into an average range over an hour which you can’t even click on to access to see the trends during those hour increments without make the glucose graph range to a shorter time. I’m extremely frustrated with this app update and it’s honestly all frills and “looks good” but the knowledge and use of data is a joke.

The summaries of 14 and 30 days are missing now or so hard to find that I could not find them anywhere. The main screen is now cluttered with views of features I do not want to use such as links to activity and sleep data. If these features are not enabled don’t waste the screen space.
