Honestly, what’s wrong with your app ? The latest update 1.1.0 not even letting me into the app. I reinstall, reboot and still none of it works. I still stuck at blue “celcomdigi” screen like Windows BSOD. Kill and relaunch the app many many times didn’t help, i even try to change from data and use wifi. How big and complicated you need for a telco backend coding where most people just want to buy data plans and check balance, that the codes panic itself and break whole app. It’s always service functionality over the fancy front end. Secondly, please revise your traffics and data consume on browsing within your app. I always had trouble buying internet plans whenever my monthly plan ends. I can never buy or even browse plans while I’m left with basic quota, forcing me to find a wifi. Again, how big do you need for this crucial service? Ironically I manage to load vids although slow on other platform like YT with this basic quota, but not buying plans on the app ? Sounds like problem on the app side. Please, please, please, you are Celcom. Live to our expectations.
Extremely Frustrating and Unreliable Completely Unacceptable

This app is absolutely terrible and completely unreliable. Every time I try to open it, the loading takes far too long and the performance is painfully slow, making it incredibly frustrating for users. Sometimes I can’t log in at all, and even worse, the app frequently crashes and exits on its own without any clear reason. This isn’t a one-time problem it happens repeatedly, as if no effort has been made to improve the user experience.After the Celcom and Digi merger, I expected the app to be faster, more stable, and overall more user-friendly. Instead, it has become far worse than before. Features that should be simple and quick now take forever or don’t work at all. The navigation is sluggish, loading times are excessive, and critical functions often fail. The user experience is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standard of service expected from a major company.It’s no surprise that this app is flooded with one-star reviews. Basic issues like stability, speed, and login failures remain unresolved, leaving users feeling ignored and frustrated. Even simple tasks have become a struggle, which is unacceptable for an app that claims to provide professional and reliable service.Honestly, this app wastes users’ time and causes daily frustration. There is no meaningful improvement despite the Celcom and Digi merger. If fundamental problems like these cannot be fixed, how can users trust or rely on this app? This is a very low standard, and frankly, it is completely unacceptable.
Lousy app cant check bill cant do ekyc

U deserve 0 star btw. Stupid app which requires user to login using their phone number while i wanna check for my OWN NUMBER BILL, it requires me to complete ekyc first. Fine, tried countless times with mydigital id, mydigital id side always say completed but nothing changes in the celcom digi app, tried sign up with email after key in otp and click Register button nothing happen and after sometime show me an error screen with “let native handle it” H5 pls handle properly and native make sure to catch the error and let customer to PROCEED! Try again to register with my email it says my email is registered ask me to try login but there is no where i can find a login button or any way to login with an email! After log out i can only login with my phone number. Please make sure ur app is ready only before decomm MyDigi app, shout out to MyDigi app devs, u guys did a very good job and pls pass on ur skills to the new app team!

Same as what others have mentioned, I initially thought it was only me who had trouble logging into the telco apps. However, I have realized that this is a common issue. Logging in takes a lot of time, and sometimes I have to try multiple times before I can access the app.On top of that, my network quality has worsened compared to before. I am unable to enjoy basic activities such as watching TikTok videos, checking WhatsApp Status, or viewing Instagram Stories because the content keeps reloading endlessly. This constant buffering and lag is extremely frustrating, especially when I have important work or deadlines to meet.I even purchased an add-on to increase my data speed, but unfortunately, it has not made any noticeable improvement. The slow performance of the app and poor network quality make it almost unusable.
