I’ve been using this telco app for a while, and overall, it’s been really handy. It’s super easy to check my balance, monitor data usage, and pay bills all in one place. The layout is simple and easy to navigate, which I really like.Everything works smoothly most of the time, and notifications are quite helpful, especially for keeping track of renewals and promotions. Just a little room for improvement to make it even faster and more seamless.Overall, a solid app that makes managing my line so much easier!

Before discontinuing the old Digi app, you should incorporate some of its features in the new app. For instance, in the MyDigi app, I could see at a glance things like my balance and remaining quota without clicking anywhere else. It takes a few clicks in the new app to do the same and that takes 5 seconds or more.Another feature of MyDigi is the ability to add numbers that are not registered to me but for which I am responsible for reloads and bill payments. That feature is now gone.What I miss most about being a Digi user is the ease of getting customer support. That went out the window after the merger with Celcom. Celcom doesn't like engaging with customers. They let their bots do it. Even their AI isn't intelligent.
