The CelcomDigi app is honestly one of the worst apps I’ve ever had to deal with. I spent nearly five hours trying to get help for a simple issue, and the entire experience was exhausting and frustrating. It’s ridiculously hard to reach a real human being. Most of the time, the app just pushes you into automated responses that don’t actually solve anything. Even when I finally managed to connect with someone, my problem still wasn’t resolved properly.The app itself feels incomplete and poorly designed. Basic functionality that should be standard is either missing or doesn’t work as expected. Navigation is confusing, and it’s way too easy to get stuck going in circles without making any progress. On top of that, there are random deductions from my balance with no clear explanation whatsoever. That’s a huge concern, and it shouldn’t be this difficult to find out where your money is going.What makes things worse is the so-called “support” system. Whenever I try to report an issue or seek help, I get stuck in a loop where the system tells me my problem is “invalid” instead of actually addressing it. It feels like the app is designed to avoid helping users rather than assist them.Overall, the experience is incredibly disappointing. This app needs serious improvement in both functionality and customer support. Right now, it’s just frustrating, unreliable, and not worth the hassle.

‘Usage’ only shows your subscription and not the price you paid before for your subscription. Fair enough, let me look in ‘My Plan’. Oh? ‘My Plan’ only shows your tenure (why?) and not the current plan/subscription you are on? CLICK ANOTHER BUTTON, maybe it’s in the ‘Internet Subscription’ option? Which only gives you the option to manage the add-ons you’re subscribed to and not show you at least details on the prices you’ve paid before for those subscriptions. WHERE CAN I FIND THE PREVIOUS AMOUNT I PAID FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?Let me use ‘Ask AI-RA’. Hi, AI-RA, how much did I pay for my last month’s subscription? AI-Ra says here is your link to your bill details. Thank you AI-RA, I said and I click the link and it says ONLY FOR POSTPAID USERS. One last try, let me check transaction and reload history. Where are they? Scroll down, nothing. Scroll right, just nothing. HIDE IT UNDER ‘VIEW ALL’ DID YOU? Okay it’s fine, let’s click Reload History. Alright, just my previous reload amount. Let’s click Transaction History. AGAIN MY PREVIOUS RELOAD AMOUNT? Was this app vibe-coded and pushed to prod without going through testing? All I want to see is HOW MUCH I PAID FOR MY LAST SUBSCRIPTION! But all I got is this roller-coaster of emotion and a whole lot of time wasted. I’m changing to Maxis.

Honestly, what’s wrong with your app ? The latest update 1.1.0 not even letting me into the app. I reinstall, reboot and still none of it works. I still stuck at blue “celcomdigi” screen like Windows BSOD. Kill and relaunch the app many many times didn’t help, i even try to change from data and use wifi. How big and complicated you need for a telco backend coding where most people just want to buy data plans and check balance, that the codes panic itself and break whole app. It’s always service functionality over the fancy front end. Secondly, please revise your traffics and data consume on browsing within your app. I always had trouble buying internet plans whenever my monthly plan ends. I can never buy or even browse plans while I’m left with basic quota, forcing me to find a wifi. Again, how big do you need for this crucial service? Ironically I manage to load vids although slow on other platform like YT with this basic quota, but not buying plans on the app ? Sounds like problem on the app side. Please, please, please, you are Celcom. Live to our expectations.

I am extremely frustrated with the CelcomDigi app and the poor user experience that has been ongoing for a very long time.Today, I topped up RM35 through the CelcomDigi app using Touch ’n Go eWallet. The payment was successful, the money was deducted from my account, and I even received the payment receipt. However, after waiting for more than 30 minutes, the RM35 top-up still did not appear in my balance.What makes this even more disappointing is that this is not the first time. I have been using this service for over a year, and the same issue keeps happening repeatedly. Every time there is a top-up or transaction, users are left wondering whether their money is gone, whether the system is delayed, or whether the transaction has failed.Looking at the app rating, it is not difficult to understand why so many users are leaving negative reviews. The low rating reflects real customer frustration. Instead of continuously introducing new features, perhaps the company should focus on fixing the basic functions that customers rely on every day.Customers should not have to worry after making a payment. If money is successfully deducted, the top-up should be reflected immediately or at least there should be clear communication about delays. The lack of reliability and consistency is unacceptable for a major telecommunications provider.Please take this issue seriously and improve the system. Customers are paying for a service, not for uncertainty, inconvenience, and repeated technical problems. PERIOD!
