Existing Access Mobile App users can login with the same username and password and transact with their existing PIN
Existing Diamond Mobile App users can login with the same username and password and transact with their existing PIN

Account Details Sharing
You can now share your account details directly from the app all you have to do is to tap the share button close to your account number.

Peaslink and Airtel Money are now available on the app for customers in Kenya.

Slow and does not load fast

This app have been very slow in my phone since I updated my Access more app I can not easily get in or easily transfer money to anyone which is very very annoying, please you people should do something about this and make this app a little bit faster, and each time I want to transfer it must show error 5 times before it will go through and it’s very very bad unlike the old Access more app please do this so that your customers will be happy using their bank apps because some of us only have one bank please

Not always showing full transactions statements

The app used to show all transactions before now and even when you transfer money and the network is bad, the money will be reversed immediately if deducted. But now we have to send multiple emails before that can be done. And sometimes have to come to bank for complain. Like yesterday now all the money sent to me was not showing on my history. Like that like that.
Then I have someone who installed Access more and have been trying to register but your network never allow that. Same this morning someone came to me to help her and register her Access more app that she had been doing it all night but she’s not understanding what is happening. I try to help and discovered the same issue I face when I try to help someone who I said earlier.

Card Control Feature

The app has been working smoothly for me, thought they experience downtimes some days. But I’m more interested in the card control feature which seems not to work for USD Visa cards. The app doesn’t detect the card even though I’ve laid complaints at the bank. Kindly look into this and fix it. One needs to be able to to block and unblock the card for proper control and security. Again please look into this and fix it in your next update. I don’t need to email customer care each time, to block and unblock my usd cards.
