The app is great. It has helped saved without going back to what I saved. But the issue is with the 24hrs withdrawal process it’s too long I mean really really long I know you are doing it for security purposes but then I feel it shouldn’t be something you do every time someone have to withdraw. It should be occasional. Once you’ve don’t your background checks, AML checks as well as the other processes you should have your data I guess and know someone is clean rather than doing it every time someone have to withdraw And if there is a need to do it you can do it occasionally and everyone will understand Thank you so much for the great app it has helped me a lot this year which is my first time using it.

I initially found Cowrywise to be very helpful in improving my savings habits. The platform’s features made it easy to set up and manage my savings goals. However, my experience with the withdrawal process has been extremely frustrating. The 24-hour waiting period to receive my money is simply too long, especially in situations where I need access to funds urgently. To make matters worse, after waiting for the full 24 hours, my withdrawal request failed. Now, I am forced to wait another 24 hours for the process to be attempted again. This kind of delay is unacceptable and has led me to the decision that I need to use another app. I can’t continue with Cowrywise if it can’t provide timely access to my own money. While the savings features are beneficial, the withdrawal issues overshadow the positives and make it impractical for my needs.
