Fraudster and force fully extended a loan period without a user instinct

I initiated a #30,000 loan and I selected a period of 1 month duration to pay it back. Couple weeks later I found out it has been extended when it’s not even a months old I sent a mail to the support they were claiming that first the loaned amount was #31,500 which was false I wrote them another mail to do their proper check few hours later i received a mail with an apology that it was a mistakes and it has been corrected.(this was when I finally lost my trust and I feel unsafe with the firm)Then back to the false and criminal act extending my chosen durations as selected at the time I was getting the loan from the app and I have every proof and they fraudulently adjusted it to 3 months which I’m never agreed with.The issue it will be taken to the legal court and the loan will never be paid till they reverse the date to normal which I chosen!!!I’m already taking steps and creating public awareness with my teams and my school institutional and the courts too.This is fraud and a serious crime violation that needs to end already you giving out loans with 40% interest which is way too high and difficulty paying back now you stealing with a style. END THIS!!!

I borrowed 5k from fair money 4yrs ago and I repaid same year I cleared off my debts , fast forward to 2025 this people debited 114k from my acct saying is auto debit , I reached out to them with my prices of me not owing them anymore and all they could say is my acct was connected to someone’s loan mistakenly, is been 2 months now they refused to refund me , I went to my bank to report this issue yesterday at UBA bank and they have reported the transaction but yet I haven’t received my money still from Fairmoney , Fairmoney agents keep lying in the mails saying my details was used without my consent but they forgot u can’t even use someone else’s information without facial recognition from their app , thirdly my history with them is showing that I have paid off my 5k loan years ago , Fairmoney if I don’t get my refund in 72hrs I will sue you to court and you pay for all damages and stress you people have cost me, any amount I say that I need to cover up all the stress will be paid off by Fairmoney because this is the act of theft If you are looking forward to download Fairmoney app pls don’t bother because they will keep stealing your money even after paying off all debts Be warned my fellow citizens of Nigeria

I recently applied for a loan top-up of ₦30,000 through the FairMoney app, in addition to my existing loan of ₦50,000. The app indicated that the loan was on its way, yet I have not received the funds. Despite this, the amount has been added to my outstanding balance, which now reflects ₦144,225. It is concerning that the loan top-up, which remains pending, has already been factored into my outstanding debt. My original loan was obtained just 4 days ago, and I’ve previously repaid loans in less than 5 days, despite the high interest rates. Furthermore, the lack of customer support makes it incredibly frustrating to resolve issues like this. If I do not receive the ₦30,000 loan today, I will be left with no choice but to withhold payment on both this pending loan and my current outstanding balance. FairMoney, I expected better from a platform that promotes fairness. Please address this issue immediately.
