Hi, am a new user, I was move with passion when I saw the ride that I can order keke from the comfort of my home here in kano! I downloaded the app on my iOS phone, but unfortunately many of the features being talked about was not included. Yet I went ahead to register simply because the features I needed more is currently there, I topup my balance with a 1,000. And tried to order a keke but it keeps telling me invalid passenger number! And also my 1,000 topup is not reflecting on my balance on the home page! But showing in the balance. Kindly help look into this

Exceptional Features but terrible Customer Support
Downloaded the app, credited my wallet, did a transaction with my wallet balance. All was successful. So I had some inquiries to make about the platform as I couldn’t see a FAQ page to source answers myself. Sent a message to support, got an initial response, then the subsequent messages that followed, over 3 hours now, I’ve not gotten a response. And this is a working day. If the support is this terrible, one can imagine how hectic it would be to try resolving issues when they arise.

Sincerely I am really impressed with opay, I get a bike to anywhere I want to go in akure with extremely cheap rate .. I just think the company should keep it up and not relent, excellent customers service. I liked the way they have trained their riders , I even get discount when I recharge my line using opay .
