I installed this for the first time but I don’t know if I’m blonde or what but I can’t get past when you’ve just installed it and it’s telling you everything about it and you swipe, and the last slide so to speak is increase your spend limit aaaand that’s it I can’t do anything else I can’t go and look at anything I can’t do literally anything it’s just the last slide and that’s it. So feeling a bit blonde at the moment so some help would be appreciated thanks

Customer service really nice but are extremely useless. Called them multiple times to set up payment arrangement, told me it was sorted but continued to take money out of my account and incur late fees, took several days to hear back and they told me I had to do the form again, another week passes and nothing happened. Have taken so much money from my account which has only paid off my late fees. It’s my fault for not budgeting properly but these guys are lowkey scammers. Telling me they can’t do this or that when it’s obvious they can with the system at their finger tips. Never had this problem with Afterpay. Will never use zip again. Horrible experience

I thought I’d give this a try out so I got the app figuring it would be easier and went to sign up, it was all going so well until I came to a step where you have to enter a mobile number, I don’t have one, so it won’t let me sign up. Absolutely ludicrous and while it’s only a minor annoyance to me, I’ll just buy the normal way, the people who want to make money out of zip are losing out, as they’re not getting mine. 😐More ridiculous the developer replies and says you HAVE to have a mobile to buy with zip. That’s fine, I’ll just keep paying for my items normally and they won’t have any profits from myself and anyone like me. Stupid.
