Hi, I use the app frequently as a seller when fulfilling orders, and I very much appreciate the convenience. However, I usually send a screenshot of my booking for a breakdown of the shipping fee and for the recipient to check their details. And recently, I encountered someone suspicious, and I noticed he could get my details in the screenshot under the sender label. He wasn’t scamming in the end, but still we gotta be safe. I was hoping that instead of making an effort to crop out the sender details, your app could list only the recipient details on the final booking, ensuring sender cybersafety whilst assuring clients. Looking forward to future updates regarding this, thanks!

I always prefer using J&T express as my courier when ordering from shopee. It has real-time updates on the location of my package. It’s easy to use and their riders are flexible in terms of any concerns regarding preferred time of delivery. It’s also good to have the delivery guy’s contact number posted on J&T’s text message prior to delivery to easily communicate with them whenever there’s no one at home to receive my package. I also tried to send my personal packages from Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu to Zamboanga City and it’s the cheapest among other courier services and it’s also good that they really update the status of the package as to what province/city it is already located to anticipate the date of arrival. Unlike other courier which only gives you handwritten receipt and if you try to track online using the tracking #, it is never updated and you just have to wait for your package. More power to J&T and may you continue to improve your services, especially your FB page and customer service response to concerns and queries of your loyal customers. 👍🏻

got to their local shop and was asked to download this app because this is where i'll fill up the needed info for my package to be shipped (no other options but this daw). no privacy policy posted anywhere physically, just inside the app which i downloaded through my own phone (no kiosk), just a desktop in their desk with FB windows opened, using myown data plan (no net/wifi in place). the other customers needed to leave and opted to other couriers instead (which i should've gone to as well). ok, installed app, its asking for me to connect via google acct or fb, the one on the desk asked me to deliverately give in my info. good ios has options to mask. now filling up info got stuck with geolocations, no option to skip barangay in my recipient's address. it's a subdivision and has no hit in the options, no brngay, needed to use google map to pinpoint nearby barangay instead so i could finish. then the employee asked for my phone as he "needs to enter some things". isnt this another violation of privacy, again - kiosk please. as soon as it's done, typo on the app for Total as it says "Toal Shipping Fee". Toinks!

I went to J and T office to send some documents then the teller refused to process my transaction because she required me to download this app. I was in hurry to catch up some errands and have no time to do it. I told her that I will download it next time but for the meantime I asked her if she can just process my transaction in her computer same as usual but she refused to do it then there she was just sitting there talking to her workmate. I have no choice so I downloaded this app, it doesn’t just end there because as a sender we’ll be the one to input our details and the details of our receiver which for me the very hassle part. I understand that you have this app J and T but what about older people who don’t have enough knowledge on how to used this app. What’s the use of having tellers if they’ll just be there sitting, chitchatting, waiting for you to finish inputting your transaction na supposed to be there job on the first place.
