Not giving me the right amount of data even after I paid already for my plan
The lady named nobody
I ran out of data by last month even before my due date because I had work engagements wherein my data were all exhausted. So I paid this 2 weeks before my due date. However, when I paid it already, it took over 2 weeks (okay, maybe because of my due date?) however, I was thinking, why did I only get 15 GB of data instead of 30 GB whereinfact I paid for the whole month including the excess I had (because they had offered, and I had to avail as well since I really need data). Now, because I was only left with 15GB, I had to make it last for this month, sadly I ran out of it again. And it says it will refresh by 21st of this month, and only 15 GB? How will I ever resolve this? Thinking about this inconvenience makes me think I should not have enrolled with this plan, it’s draining. Please provide immediate response, Ma’am and Sir. I messaged my agent about this however, I got only a few replies until nothing anymore.
Some info i need as a user missing

This new app has been missing some key information that, as a user, keeps me going back to the the older app:• Exact time of the promo expiryI only see the date when my go promo expires; I keep checking the older app to check the time of day it will expire. I need to know wether my promo expires that morning or I still have the entire day. The new one doesn’t show that as easily, if it’s there at all. • Cannot take action on the sliding banners on topSome banners have buttons, some banners do not, even when they are talking about an actionable promo. This inconsistency takes me out of the experience and makes me as a user feel not in control, making me frustrated. • I appreciate the animations and splash screens but they’re a little bit ‘makulit’I understand things have to load and splash screens and loading animations help that UX concern but they’re too active and moving and frankly too “happy”. I’m still fiddling with the ins and outs of the app and trying things out, and after a while the animations just irk the hell out of me as a user who is getting frustrated. The motion doesn’t calm me down, or assure me that I should wait. At least in energy or tone. Look, I appreciate the continuous improvement the Globe services have been undergoing for the past few years. I can see that eventually most services can be consolidated into this GlobeOne app. I guess my responsibility as a user is to report the things that work and the things that don’t work for me so far. I don’t like that Globe is now gatekeeping the Rewards system in the GlobeOne app. I used to be able to access Rewards easily via SMS and by calling *143#. It was far more convenient then than it is now. Back then I can claim mobile data in case of emergencies using my reward points, but I can’t do that now because I have to be online on the app to claim mobile data rewards. Now if I need emergency mobile data, I need to use their UTANG service which now costs me more (due to the service fee). I would have appreciated it if the app was only one way to access rewards, but they removed access elsewhere so I’m forced to download the app (which doesn’t even run well even in my newer devices, much worse on older ones). I guess Globe just don’t care for subscribers who don’t have Smartphones or people who don’t have powerful enough devices to download the app. They don’t care if you’re a long-time subscriber (like me who has been a subscriber for a decade at this point), they only care if you can afford a smartphone (that can download the app) because only those who can afford it can afford to give them more money via loading. They don’t reward loyalty, they reward heavy spenders.
Useless, difficult, inconvenient app

Very slow app. The previous version was better. Difficult to find the menu you need. It’s on top like a free advertisement. There’s so many things there that don’t work. My internet plan is 3499 with speed of 800 mbps and yet the app is so slow. When I called the company for a plan renewal because I could not renew the plan using the app, they ask for all the info to verify my account ownership but then in the end they tell me to use the app to do the renewal. Four times we talked over the phone but to no resolution! The requirement to use the app is very incovenient. It doesn’t facilitate things. I told them that but they say that’s the procedure now. You cannot bypass the app. One must use the app to renew. Useless phone calls. Useless hotline. So, they tell me to go to a branch. Thank you very much!After the above review, improvements were made. For almost a month I’ve been checking the app. It’s fast at start but still loads slow when I go to each account. And I noticed that my account under load tipid plan no longer show the account number and the billing statement. The previous app had them.
