Nakakainis tong atome akala ko pa naman maganda so ganito nangyari sakin january 6 due date ko sa credit na nagamit ko. Balak ko alagaan tong atome kaya january 3 palang nagbabayad na ko kaso lahat ng online payment nila nag eerror as in lahat paymaya gcash instapay basta lahat. Nag email ako sa knila kako di ako makabayad puro error ung payment option nyo tapos sumagot cla na mag manual payment nalang daw ako nagbigay cla ng account number ng bank ng atome via aub din tapos ako chineck ko muna sa app nila kung totoo ung account number to make it sure nag double check ko since tama naman na aun nga account number nila sa aub nagbayad ako bale january 4 na ko nagbayad kc nga ung email kinabukasan q na nabasa. To think na january 6 pa due ko at nag advance ako. Kaloka ung app di pa din nagrereflect ung bayad ko at take note may tumawag pa sakin na bayaran ko na daw ung credit na nagamit ko kako bayad na advance pa nga di ko kako kasalanan kung makupad kayong magcheck. At ngaun may txt na naman reminder. Grabe nastress pko kahit advance payment na ko immanual check daw kc un kaya matagal hiningi din kahapon resibo ko which is january 4 palang cnend ko na sa knila at ang sabi checheck daw vavalidate na daw yet hanggang ngaun di pa nila inaayos!!!!!!!!!!! Ganun ba kahirap icheck samantalang advance payment naman cguro naman may computer kayo to check ung pumasok na pera sa account nyo sa reference nyo lang naman un titignan!!!!!!!!!! Shutang ina!!!!!!

First of all, I want to say that I am an early bird when it comes to payment becuase I am afraid of trouble. So, here’s the thing.I downloaded the app and got a very low credit limit (₱ 5,000). I was able to raised it to around ₱ 10,000, I guess? If not, maybe a little bit lower. Then, just this month, I paid my amortization fee for the month of June. My bank stated that it went through but haven’t received any confirmation from the app, since this happened multiple times already, I guess it was just a matter of time. Then, days go by and due date comes. The billing amount still hasn’t been paid! I tried to checked on it with my bank and they said it went through. I reached out to your email but got no response. I am hesitant to pay the amount once again becuase it might caused unnecessary problems should the first payment reflected already on your system. I passed it off thinking that it might be a problem on your end. Then, just the day after my due date, I saw that the billing statement got penalty. With no other choice, I applied a payment to avoid risks of getting more penalties. After paying, the same day I received a confirmation that it has been paid off. So, where did my first payment go? Here’s the answer, upon waking up next day, I saw that I got a notification late at night saying that my payment has been credited. Look! My first payment went through but took so much time compared to the first one? Like what the hell? It is of the same bank! What more, they got my credit limit decreased. So, I decided that I won’t be using this card anymore on things that I would like to be paid in installment unless absolutely necessary.

Malaking pagsisisi na nag avail ako ng Atome na to. At first month ok naman sya. Pero ngayong 2nd month hindi na. So I made a purchase this month exactly June 3. There were 2 purchases, one amounting to 4200+ and the other one is 300+. Both transactions are posted on the same day. After a few days I received a notification that my bill is ready for the amount of 4200 and is due on June 15. So it’s like 12 days lang dapat mabayaran mo na agad or you can avail their 3/6 month plan, which is kung yun ang pipiliin mo you will pay for the interest on June 15 pero wala pang 1 month yung from the date of transaction. I immediately sent an email to their support, and what they told me is - they cannot intervene with the system and cannot do anything to move the billing date”. KALOKOHAN! sistema nyo wala kayo magagawa?? Siguro tactic nyo talaga yan para makakuha kayo ng malaking interest sa customers nyo. Take note 12 days pa lang yung transaction pero pagbabayarin ka na agad ng interest. Eto pa nakakatawa, my other transaction amounting to 300+ will be billed in August. Sabi pa ng bobong CS nila na nauna daw maipost yung 4200+ at naisama ng system sa May5-June6 billing. Eh mas nauna ang transaction ko na mas mababa kesa dun sa isa. Walang kwenta ang CS nyo! Kung gusto nyong mag retain ng maaayos na customers turuan nyong mag resolve ng issue ang mga yan hindi yung makasagot lang sa e-mail! Anyways, I am planning to close my account after I paid my balances. Simula pa lang sakit na kayo sa ulo.

I’m just gonna sum it all up since reviews are pointless in this app and reaching out is useless because they still wouldn’t listen anyway but here I am. I’m very disappointed with this app, it did not meet my expectations and it literally makes you pay more than double the amount of the credit you borrowed. There’s an error on their app with regards to your payment in which after paying your outstanding balance, the sign that you already paid is present but your balance would remain the same and would only update once you’ll make another payment which overlaps your old payment leaving you to pay another amount even though in reality you were supposed to not have any outstanding balance left.VA’s or customer support here are pointless and useless, tinalo pa bdo na “We find ways”, always finds a reason to disrupt you while explaining the problem, never listens, apathetic, professional raigebaiters, can’t fix and issue or a problem, only cares about their salary, has no respect with clients and debtor, literally useless. It’s like they’re trying to turn you into one of their funders, and mind you; even after paying they still would call you and disturb you, meaning having a wide screen in front of them with your account details and updates is super pointless because they still wouldn’t see it anyway due to their Medozoic era type of computer programing and site/account handling. Their app literally takes a millennium to update after your payment or sometimes it wouldn’t update at all. In conclusion and to make the long story short, to those who hasn’t tried this app before; please read all the reviews and never download this app even when you’re in a desperate need of money, don’t be as stupid as me :)
