I recently opened and account in Maxicare and availed a membership card, and was hoping that because they have an app that it would be useful to have an overlook on my account with just an app on my phone, or maybe book an appointment easily.But no, from the log in/register which mind you is only the first step you do after downloading the app,it already wont let me log in or register at all, the register link is not working, the FAQ with the instructions to bypass the problem I am having is useless as well and keeps flashing the words “card number does not exist” after following the instructions they have given, when in fact my membership card does exist and is very much active and new.Bottom line, this app won’t be beneficial to you, better off just stick with the physical memebership card.

Grabe from a working mobile app where users can schedule check ups and apply for loa, as well as to check available affiliated physicians to a certain clinic of their choice. They updated the app to promote their product ads! Dineactivate nila previous accounts na working para magenroll ka dito. WALA PO ITONG SILBI NI DI KAME MAKAHANAP NG AFFILIATED CLINICS AND DOCTORS DITO. Talagang mai push niyo lang products niyo at teleconsult niyo, di niyo naman kaya iaccomodate lahat ng calls niyo antagal nang waiting time. Dapat sa inyo iabandona ng mga kumpanya na tumatangkilik sa inyo palitan ng mas better. Nakakahiya naman sa tag line niyo: Let Maxicare help you live your best life!! Dapat ata Let Maxicare give you a HARD TIME! Ewan ko lang ano iniisip ng product owner na to! We are downloading and enrolled to this app to check available physicians and clinic as well as to apply for an LOA, not to buy your products or reimbursement purposes!

Hey maxicare, just sharing my honest review of this app and some suggestion how it can be improved. First of all, the idea of an app that keeps your card number is nice. Im sure this is something those who dont have a card yet would appreciate. 1. Biometrics: my first concern is where are the biometrics login? Considering this would be used in case of emergencies i would have to struggle to input my name and password just to login. Not to mention the hassle of i forgot it. Again this makes no sense. 2. Visibility on all dependents: i noticed that you can only add your dependents if they areMinor. Again I’m thinking on the premise of an emergency situation. This could spell life or death. At least allow the member to be able to have access to all card info. So you won’t have to ask your parents or spouse what is their password when they are unconscious.Thanks, hope this is something helpful

I dont understand the purpose of this app. You cant even file a LOA here check for accredited doctors/hospital and check approved LOA. What is this app for? For promotion? Mobile app should be for convince of filing loa and checking approved documents instead of going through the browser, not everyone especially old ones knows how to navigate and use your web application. This is so absurd I hope our company change our health care provider. Medicard is way better than you, they have a fully functional mobile app that can do aforementioned things above. SHAME ON YOU
