This whole update excludes us who does not have iOS 13. I tried deleting my old app and downloading it. I can access it for the time being but every time I close the app it's telling me to update again. So, I have to delete it and do the whole process over again. I just want to buy and process my orders. Anyway, might as well delete the whole thing. One customer would not matter anyway.

So I’ve been buying from the app for years and never had any complaints but this year, I don’t know what happened because whenever I try to order something from the app, I can’t select the “barangay”, in effect, I couldn’t make a purchase. This happens when I try to purchase through credit/debit card. The payment can only be processed if I choose COD. Who carries cash all the time these days? And what if I wasn’t at home when the delivery arrives? Should I burden my housemates with my purchase? This is very inconvenient, especially if I wanted to buy multiple items. Please resolve this issue ASAP. This happened to me the whole year and I have tried 5 different times already and it still hasn’t changed. It feels like I’m being forced to buy from other brands instead of UNIQLO.

This app is not user friendly at all. It’s very difficult to navigate, not intuitive, and the worst part is that you have to log in to your account every time you order. It doesn’t keep you logged in, and it seems like it opens a browser within the app to accomplish that. Really wish this could be addressed. The app is such a hassle to use— it’s even less of a hassle to go to the store and just buy the item. And that’s a shame considering Uniqlo as a Japanese brand is committed to ensuring convenience for its customers. Have never written a review for an app before, but felt compelled to do so tonight because of how frustrating it’s been trying to navigate the app.

I agree with the other reviewers here: this app is not user friendly. There are a lot of issues. The layout and design of the app seems suitable for an older generation of smartphones thus, looks unappealing to the users of the newer generation of phones. I always have a hard time looking for the barcode because everything’s messy and an eyesore. Maybe the developers could simplify the navigation. The scan to win is also really bad. I couldn’t even access it! I’ve wasted 5 chances to win so far and counting. Please fix this app! It has a potential to improve and live up to its brand :)
