Make your own bundle option not working

The ‘Make Your Own Bundle’ is not working properly. Firstly the rates of ‘Onnet’ are messing up. Whether I choose 10 minutes or 300 minutes for a month, it shows that it’ll cost me Rs149/-, where for 10min of onnet minutes Rs149/- is not understandable. The rate changes from 149 to 250 if it goes over 300 minutes up to 1000 minutes. And then the rate increases again upto Rs350/-. The rate increase should be after each increase in minutes and then rate for 10 min must he minimal.
On the other hand if I choose 10min for a month of Offnet minutes, it’s only showing that it’s cost Rs16/- and the rate increases with each increase in minutes. That is how it is supposed to be for Onnet minutes aswell. Please solve this issue ASAP so that customers can take advantage of this newly added feature. Thank you!😊

Balance Share Option

Overall JazzWorld app is good and working fine but please add two things which should be in your app as per my opinion because i am your customer so may be my opinion proves helpful for you 😊😊✌🏼✌🏼
1: Sub-Categorisations also add in Packages like:
- Monthly
- Weekly
- Daily
- Others
With main Categorisations which is available with Hybrid, Calls, Sms and Data options.
Reason: All monthly,weekly,daily packages are in the same place that should have in above sub categories.
2: Moreover, please also add balance share feature with another Jazz/Warid numbers which is mandatory present in your app because i am using this option to much which is not present in your app so still i am using it options with your below string *100*923xxxxxxxx*15# 😌.
Furthermore, i will describe you definitely which things are missing which must be present in your app.

Scammy services and poor maintenance

I’m very much disappointed by Jazz services recently especially the way it rips off its customers through the make your own bundle. I tried to make a bundle, the amount for it was deducted but a random stupid bundle was made for me. I complained about it through the Jazz world app but it first said ‘invalid user’ and when I try again it says maximum complaints have been recorded. What the hell is this.
I also tried to call their so called ‘help center’ where you have to first listen to their none-sense and redundant marketing before you are able to connect with their customer service, long story short, they couldn’t resolve my issue or didn’t want to because I guess they are instructed to make us suffer not help us. I told them to register my complaint, they said okay and that I will be reached back, guess I will have to wait for a year for that to happen!?
Also in the app, the package the bundle they assigned to me was not shown.

-If your data package expires or is used up, they don’t inform you right away rather they text you after you have spent a lot of your balance on the data; cheap scammers :(

-The application has problems like more than half of the time it has been in existence.
Countless problems in the services and loads of money ripped for it from the customers. Shame!!!
