Issues are not solved
I went to the bank, I’ve made some changes to my account and I received a new log in ID and I have set up a new password, but I can not log in because at the end of the process, when I have to set up a PIN, the app is giving me an error. I went back to the bank and the employees knew about this issue on “Apple”, they said… and they can not do anything. So now, I can not use NeoBT anymore. It’s a shame that nobody cares about this and nobody’s doing anything. I guess it will be much easier to switch to another bank that have an app that is actually working.
App Crashing + Transfers not working
The app keeps crashing whenever you want to do simple tasks. Transfers keep failing due to server errors and there is no information regarding the transaction afterwards or whether the issue got fixed or not.
Considering that you need to pay to use this app, it is to say the least dissapointing

Online advance payments for credits
It is unacceptable that in 2024 a bank which owns several mobile applications, cannot develop a basic functionality which allows the client to make online advance payments for their credits. I understand that this is not in the bank's interest since every advance payment will reduce its interest income, but I can assure you, the clients willing to pay in advance will do it, even if it means wasting their time to go to the bank every month. By implementing this you'll help your employees who have to spend time registering each form, action which could be easily done online, like any other process.
