The Aon Care mobile app gives you easy access to your company’s medical benefit plan at your convenience.
This app allows you to get quick access to the health and medical services when you need it. You can enjoy cashless visits to the network of panel GP and Specialist clinics by using the Aon Care eCard (available upon login). You can also present the Aon Care eCard at our retail and lifestyle partners to enjoy benefits.
The app is now enhanced with the following exciting new features:

Health made easy!
I started using Aon Care during the pandemic & I love how easy to use the app is. Telemedicine is super convenient & a concierge called & checked that my meds arrived, the overall experience was really good. Finding clinics & direct billing with the e-card is easy & convenient.
Horrible Technical Experience in Telemedicine
App said 5-10 mins waiting time for on-demand telemedicine consultation. It turns out to be 45 mins waiting time before the doctor call. Within that 45mins, I received more than 15 SMS saying I am next in queue and to wait in-app; which I did. When the doctor finally called, I see grey screen and I couldn’t communicate with the doctor. I had to close the app and as a result, I lost my turn and had to be put back in the queue. This is really horrible experience. There should be a system in place for the patient to be given a chance to see the doctor while the app crashed and not being asked to wait all over again. Please improve this system.
Good experience
Aon Care app is intuitive and does what it is supposed to do with ease . The contact centre was also very helpful in answering my questions. So far Aon Care has worked well for my family and me so far.
