Software Unstable

Experience some forms of instability of the software which I encountered twice in a day when it pop up message “Oops, Something Went Wrong”. And a scrolling icon appeared and kept gyrating non-stop for at least 5 mins and I do not know whether the call for Comfort taxi had been successfully executed, and I instantly cancelled the transaction. However, I saw a message from Comfort apps that a taxi already on the way to pick me up, and I got to change my initial decision to make mine way via the bus, to quickly return back to my original location which I entered in the apps. It was very dis-tasteful and frustrating though!
Hope the authority concerned to seriously look into the matter and rectify the problem and improve on the service quality!

Error in retrieving receipt from app

Ride history that were made available for Zig user in the app is 6 months long. However when I tried to retrieve my receipt from the app itself, it kept prompting there’s problem with the server connection and the breakdown of the ride just won’t show up.

Reason trying to retrieve from the app was because the receipt wasn’t sent to my email ever since end April and I have got no idea why. Tried calling customer service, apart from extremely long waiting time for pickup, the customer service staff told me the receipt is only available for 2 months and I won’t be able to retrieve my receipt for June. The funniest thing is when I randomly press into 1 of the transaction from June in app, the breakdown appears out of the blue, but when I tried second attempt at the same transaction, it prompted “there’s a problem with the server” again.

In that case why bother to show ride history of 6 months in the app when it kept promoting there’s a problem with server. As a loyal customer of CDG for years, I am truly disappointed with this upgraded app.

App not working as it should be

This App is bad compared to the old Comfort app. I have twice encountered App telling me no taxi and I then cancelled the booking. But after a few minutes, with the App still opened, a notification popped saying it has managed to find me a taxi. It is like, what??, as I have already cancelled booking. Once the notification goes away, the App will not show the taxi number that it has managed to find for me. I have to close and reopen the App before I can see the booking again.

The App also does not allow booking immediately after I have cancelled a previous booking where the App was not able to find me a taxi. It keeps saying I have a previous booking, which I have cancelled. Note that at this point, I was not aware the App is still looking for a taxi even though I have cancelled.

Comfort previous App was much better. Why roll out something with so many bugs….???

Dear Sir/Mdm, if you have already updated the CDG Zig App to the latest version (v6.5.2), you may need to uninstall and reinstall it again to resolve the issue.
