Ratings and Reviews
Dashboard needs improvement
Total amount in Dashboard excluded Investment amount. And if you scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard, it provides summary tab for Healthcare, Housing and Investment. Healthcare and Housing both show how much have been used/ withdrawn. But Investment only shows amount that can be used but not what has been invested. So there’s no holistic picture of Total.

Request status of e-service request
Ever since I started using CPF Mobile, I have been waiting for e-services to be available. A few e-services are available now but it’s really been a hassle to check on status & previous successful transactions. How long more do I have to wait to get these functionalities?

Awesome update!
Been using this app for a while now. It’s easy and intuitive. Now with this update, as a senior I don’t have to squint my eyes anymore. Fonts are bigger! Love the colours as well. They have heard my complaints and made great changes. Thank you
