Amazing bike!

I had a hard time using the other bike app and I was starting to panic since I rent bikes to travel to the MRT interchange at 5am in the morning and public buses are still not operating. I came across this blue bike at a corner and decided to take a chance and download the app. This brand gave the option to top up $5, which I think is pretty good since some users who rent bike might not rent it often. The process of starting up the account was pretty quick and simple too. I rode the bike from my neighbourhood to the interchange and the bike was really fast. I’m not too sure if it was because this is a new bike brand hence the bikes are newer than the other 2 known brands but I was really impressed. The process of ending the trip was really quick and easy too. Overall really pleased and happy with my experience! 😊

Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are

Mom of two kids here , 7 and 4 (both under 25kg ) , tried them today at East Coast park area. My husband and I did 15 km on these bikes with both our children and we loved it.
1. The bikes were comfortable (the bike seat was cushy, our bums were not in pain per is the norm with rental bikes). 2. The steering was quite easy , the fixed basket allowed for easier steering. 3. Speed, although they are your basic 1-speed bikes, it didn’t feel as such because we had no problem speeding when needed with ease. 4. The wheels were also quite nice , not slippery as with other rental companies that we had tried before.

Overall we enjoyed it, 10/10 rating from us, we will be using them from now on.

Buggy app and it made my account nearly suspended

Their app is buggy. Every time you park at the parking area behind M1 building in IBP, they recognise the QR. But they still charge you $5. You can appeal. However, they will email you that your account is going to be suspended after a few times. Very bad app. Stay away from this shiny bike!
