The 1st time in late April 2022 when l was using the App, l was very frustrated and almost gave up as it was not friendly at all; anyway the money still reached the receiver‘s bank a/c within 2days. Today l had made a transferred to the same person bank a/c in the same country. Surprisingly, the money already credited to the receiver’s bank a/c in less than a minute(same like using paynow in S’pore). 100% recommend for sending to the same person bank a/c. At the moment, there is no Credit Card charge or Bank fee, only a small exchange rate difference of 0.06¥ if sending to China. It’s very transparent👍.

I was able to send money once from my debit card. After that it would always fail to send even though I deleted the card and entered it again. Tried to send via safari and Firefox on a mac. The transaction seemed to succeed but the browser went into an endless wait mode and the funds were not sent. A very irritating feature of the software is that when it fails, the money from my debit card is set aside and cannot be used for 30 days. Another irritating feature is that you cannot make a second transaction for 24 hours. If you do the money you try to send will also be locked up for 30 days. Calling phone help resulted in a promise to send an email to free the locked funds but the email never arrived despite follow up calls. Finally help said they could not solve my problem and suggested I go in person to the branch office, which was what I was trying to avoid because of the long queues and the need for social distancing.

Great and reliable app for sending money overseas! Hope can improve on the transaction history. Some important information is not visible such as the receiver’s account information. Should at least show last 4 digit so is easy to distinguis or verify whether you have sent money to the correct recipient. Just showing name may not be sufficient as some people have same name but multiple bank accounts.

Yesterday tried the first time using the pick up cash type and keying all details in front of the store, and the next mins it’s already in the system. As it was the first time using, I asked help from the staff at kaki Bukit recreation to assist me and his excellent Attitude had impressed me. Most importantly, transfer fees in store is $8, and now it’s only $2. Thank you for creating such system and hope that you all can bring in more services to benefit more people👍
