This process was so quick and easy, I literally don’t even understand how some people have so much to complain about. My guess is it’s the user and not the interface that is the problem. It took me less than five mins from start to end, and my virtual card is added to my apple wallet, zero hassles, no phone calls, no snags. It’s not spyware, not a big deal. Maybe some of y’all need to take a course on how to use the internet? To anyone who needs to use this app, don’t hesitate to do so. It works fine. They’re called “instructions”, read them, use them, and you’ll get it done in a snap like myself and others who know how to read and follow basic English words. I hope that’s not coming off as rude but dang, don’t knock the service because you don’t know how to use it. That just makes it hard for people to know what reviews are legit and what reviews are bad because of genuine ui problems. There were zero complications for me. My card is loaded and useable. That’s what I needed and it works so I give it five stars! Karens this is for you, Spend more time learning to follow basic instructions instead of negging the review section in hopes of keeping others from using an app, especially because the only reason you’re doing that is because YOU don’t understand it. I sent in a review indicating that I found this app not to be very user friendly and I wanted to have my account deleted but could not accomplish this through the app site. I received a response within 24 hours suggesting that I contact the developer directly by email and ask them to delete my account. That part of the customer service was great. However, in taking the advice on here and emailing the developer, the customer service thus far has been non-existent. It has now been 5 days since my email was sent and I have yet to receive a response…

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I received a Visa card as a gift and downloaded this app as directed and continually get told invalid try again later. I have redownloaded the app, nothing. There are absolutely NO options on the app for help, FAQ’s, contact info, NOTHING. If you read the other reviews it seems many people have the same issues and get no access to their money. I even attempted emailing the email address that whoever monitors these reviews puts in their responses when people complain, and guess what? A week later an NO RESPONSE! This has GOT to be some sort of scam, with the no communication or ability to get any assistance with any issues with using their app. So now, where does all this money go? I’m assuming at this point the developer is just pocketing it all. Avoid this app or any cards that use it at all cost. There is NO customer service and these people are THIEVES. Looking into filing a complaint with the BBB and whatever other entity they can be reported to.Update:months have gone by, still no response even after emailing the exact email they told me to use in their response on here. It is apparent that they do NOT care about the customer or provide any type of service. Over 3 months later and still no access to my money. This has to be a scam

This is the WORST e-gift card app I have ever used, nothing but bugs and issues. If you randomly log in no details about your e-gift cards will be shown as this is a bug that causes the app to glitch and you won’t be able to access any card detail currently or previously. No amount of refreshing will solve or deleting the app. It will resolve itself in a few days when it feels like it. SECONDLY and the biggest problem is that it will randomly decide rather it wants to add the card to your Apple wallet and it will give you a “invalid card please contact your card issuer for more information” prompt when you try to add it to your Apple wallet . There is no reason why it does this it will RANDOMLY decide if it just wants to work or not. And after it tells you that you can’t add your card to Apple wallet you won’t be able to add ANY card on the app to Apple wallet . There is NO customer service number I could find tied to the app as I resulted in calling the BHN customer service number for support. This app is the worst and I put too much trust in this app. Don’t make the mistake I did and having hundreds of dollar e-gift cards stuck within the app.
