1. Convenient - The app does make tracking medical information easier, it's not exactly intuitive to navigate around, but you most likely find what you need, if you are looking for some specific medical history.2. Confusing - Though you can track information, you cannot DO much in the app. My experiences relates to scheduling and appointment or requesting medication. With regards to scheduling, it seemed as if I can schedule an appointment, up until the last stage where I am usually (I can't remember a time that it actually worked, but I'm not certain it has never worked) informed that I need to call the facility. And that's the best case scenario. I experienced the worst case scenario with medication, I clicked refill request and the app will indicated that all was well, but days later I still received no alert from the pharmacy to retrieve my medicine. Then I found out that it never went through because I needed to call my provider and ask them to refill. It would be more clear to me if I could not request medication through the app, if it falls under some criteria that requires a direct call to the provider.3. Cluttered - data doesn't get cleaned up unless you provider clears it. Even after days or months for a prescription have passed, the medication is still listed. And it becomes confusing, especially if you have multiple month prescriptions and you're trying to see if you need to request another refill. This negates the convenience factor in point number one. Additionally specialists, I have visited one time, are listed as my physicians whenever I try to schedule something (i still try even though it hasn't worked out, hoping that someday they'll patch it)
