Never had a problem with this app. Only thing that is annoying is when accessing the inbox, you’ll notice some of the messages/mail you’ve deleted may still be lingering & your alerts in red have changed back to a perceivable status of unchecked. It’s just their way of saying “yes your bill is late & you need to pay it,” or “your policy is up for renewal & we are waiting to hear from you.”Other than that & it’s only a problem for users with OCD like myself when all those red alerts have to be checked so they will go away. Alas, not in the farmers app. As a result, this app is on my last page of apps & corresponding folders. This doesn’t mean I don’t use the app, cuz I do all the time to arrange for bill payments & at times cancel them. Oh yeah-here’s an example of what rocks on this app. It allows user to easily change future pmts if you just don’t have the money. Farmers doesn’t actually cancel you, unless your 30 days past the stated deadline for which said bill is due. I guess another slightly sucky thing about the app is when you’re trying to set up a future pmt to occur past the stated deadline (which is commonly at the end of the month), the app doesn’t allow you to actually set up this future ply until after the deadline passes. I’m guessIng this their way of saying…”yep, your pmt is late (again), but go ahead & set up a pmt now that you’re already late.” Ok, one more awesome thing about it is when it does come time to renew, the docs they provide the user in the message/mailbox are user-friendly & they can be saved in your device pretty easily, which brings me to something I just realized: the purpose of the renewal docs is to let you know that this policy is going to auto-renew, unless the user contacts their rep to make changes. Duh? So, yeah 5 stars - the end.

I previously had National General Insurance. I have to use roadside assistance quite often as my car is old and has some wiring issues and so sometimes lights get left on when I don't know they're on. I had roadside assistance through my policy but it would take 5+ hours to get my car jumped in my driveway when I was with National General. That was after an hour on the phone trying to get them to get them to my home and by then my blood pressure was exponentially higher than it was when I started. So one dead battery would ruin my entire day. Yesterday was the first time I used roadside assistance with Farmers insurance. Through the app, I was able to file the claim, get roadside assistance to my home within a half an hour no stress. No raised blood pressure. No apologizing to people on the phone because I'm getting frustrated. Lol You should switch if you're not with Farmers. Oh, and the guy that came to give my truck a jump was so nice. Have a nice day, everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with [Company Name]'s customer service and policies. My 89-year-old mother, who is no longer able to drive and whose cognitive abilities are significantly impaired—to the point where she struggles to spell her own name—needed to cancel her auto insurance policy after the car was sold.We contacted the company to cancel the policy, explaining her situation and the extreme difficulty she has with writing or composing a letter. We were absolutely shocked and appalled to be told that cancellation could only be processed with a written, signed statement from her.Despite our pleas and explanations about her age, disability, and the fact that she was no longer able to physically or mentally produce such a document, [Company Name] refused to offer any reasonable accommodation or alternative verification method. This inflexibility is frankly cruel and demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and respect for the elderly and disabled.As a result of this archaic and heartless policy, we were forced to maintain and pay for an auto insurance policy for a vehicle that had already been sold and was no longer in our possession. This amounted to a significant financial burden that was completely unnecessary.If you are looking for an insurance provider that offers compassion, flexibility, and common sense when dealing with their long-time customers, especially those who are elderly or infirm, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere

What a Great App!!!I visited my local Farmers agent’s office to make some subtle changes to my auto insurance policy. While driving home I realized that I had neglected to ask for a new proof of insurance card reflecting the changes made to my account, so instead of calling the office I installed the app. Not only were things updated on my policy in the time it took to make the seven minute drive home, my new insurance ID card was available to print and/or capture in a screenshot on my mobile device for handy reference. For all I know, those changes were already reflected on the app before I even walked from the office to my car. After being a customer for several years I have yet to have an accident or require the services of my Farmers agent. If they are even halfway as easy and accurate to deal with as the app is, I’m sure it will be a positive experience in the end.
