I am a huge Boyd fan. Onyx level, & I talk their locations up all the time to everyone I know. But I’m frustrated with this app. I click on something, nothing happens for 10-30 seconds. I try to scroll, I wait 10-30 seconds. I wonder if it registered, so I do it again, which scrolls too far 35 seconds later. It just doesn’t work. I love the website, and I can tell by the layout that this app has a ton of potential. But it’s been over a year since this new format was released, and even though I have the newest iPhone Pro and the fastest speed internet beyond what most people could have, it takes me more than a minute just to select a location. No spinning wheel to let me know the app even registered my request. At least with a spinning wheel I know it’s thinking. I spend 5 minutes on this app, get nowhere, and head to the website. So if this is never going to be improved, or if it’s just the iPhone experience that is bad, I’ll officially delete the app and stick with the highly superior website. But I’d love for the app to work, because that’s how I interact with all of the other big casino names (that I don’t like nearly as much as Boyd).

If I could give zero stars, I would! PLEASE ditch this “upgrade” and go back to the previous app, which I would access frequently to check for promotions & room rates. This “upgrade” won’t let me log in — says I don’t exist — and then when i try to create a new account with my card number, it refuses me & says I am already in the system. I even tried to just access as a guest & it just crashes. Yes, I did contact Boyd Support, but no help there — they just said to keep trying. I starting to think that Boyd doesn’t value me as a frequent repeat customer!Update: I have communicated with Boyd Support several times, but their only “fix” was to send me a link to reset my password (which i’d already done twice). Same result: It accepted my card number, name & birthdate to reset, then when i entered card number and new password, it said “user doesn’t exist.”

I would rather give zero stars. For the past two weeks plus the rewards points have not been updated to my account even though play has continued. When I reach out I've gotten zero response from Boyd itself and when I reach out to stardust the platform I play on they just keep saying we are aware of issue and for me to be patient. Unreal 2 plus weeks with no update or resolution unless I reach out to be told the same thing. Word of advice if you are having a major issue be proactive, it will go a long with your customers and their trust. If this was the other way around you would suspend my account immediately with no question. Do better.

Coming from an avid gambler, Boyd is one of, if not the worst players clubs there is. You get no rewards or incentive to come back. They place properties strategically to lure players in and drop lots of money where there is not much competition and make you think you’ll be rewarded when you most certainly do not. To earn $1 in free play, you have to drop about $500 coin in. On top of that, if you do happen to have a large bankroll and expect perks after spending a lot, you’ll be disappointed. Don’t waste your time chasing tiers or rewards because this program is garbage. This app showcases just how bad they are as a company as a whole. If I could rate zero, I would.
