Welcome to myHealthButton – a free app offered by the State of Michigan, Department of Health and Human Services in connection with our partner CNSI. The app will provide coverage information for Michigan Medicaid, Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) and MIChild instantly and safely. You can get reminders, notifications, and search for doctors near you. If you are a currently enrolled Medicaid member, you can log in and view your benefits. If you are a guardian, you can view your dependent’s information as well! Doesn’t work. It doesn’t even look like the image display set up on the App Store. Misleading.

I needed this app so I could request a new MiHealth Card. I have been trying to get in touch with MDHHS for MONTHS and I can get answers from literally NO ONE. I’m at my wits end. I’ve tried being patient. I’ve tried basically all of my resources. I’m exhausted with this. I thought this app would be different. However, once you log in, it does NOT match the images shown on the App Store. It’s all outdated. Unorganised. You can’t find literally anything. I’m heavily disappointed because all I want is to update my healthcare status and receive a new MiHealth Card..

You have to jump through so many hoops to even sign in. Once signed in, when you try to pick the service you’re trying to connect to, the buttons don’t work or send you to a page that says the link isn’t working. Some spots say “tbd”, this isn’t a fully functional app or website. There are no updates and no one to actually call for help. This app was set up to make it harder for people to access their benefits or even apply for them.

The registration should go in order and automatically get you to the next form that needs filling out.

You can’t even access your account because you “are not authorized”…. Not authorized to view your own account you just logged in. To make thingbs even worse, none of the navigation buttons work so you cannot even try to authorize your device to view your benefits. If Michigan cared about their residents healthcare they would have a working app. Absolute disgrace.
