I wish tap feature was given to the cards. Also, would be really great to be able to get and see business card information instead of having to call to get info. The representatives had no clue on if you had a business card and how to apply for one (in-person or online). Overall, call center is great, time to talk to someone is Fairly fast. I wish there were better savings annual percentage rates but mostly all the banks know they will probably lose money if they compete with other companies like PayPal savings

This is genuinely one of the worst apps and banking experience I’ve ever had. Recent example, trying to transfer my money out to the bank I actually use and the transaction did not post. Due to past experience, I assumed it did not go through. Re-submitted the transaction and they both posted a day later in the app. First, the app should not allow me to overdraft by or notify me if there is a risk of overdraft. Second, there is no way to cancel the teansaction so I now have to wait two days for the funds to enter my preferred bank and send them back. This is a problem that is exclusive to this bank as every other bank I’ve worked with a. Has quicker transfers and b. Won’t let you overdraft $500. Customer service is never helpful which makes this company one of the unique cases where I would rather speak to the chatbot..unfortunately the chat bot never works. Just an absolute dumpster fire of a bank/company. Can’t wait to cancel my account in two weeks when I can transfer money to zero out the account.

Logging in is more difficult than it needs to be. They added a face recognition feature which was a little more convenient but that’s only when it works. The hours of operation for this bank is pretty inconvenient as well, especially if stationed overseas. Not very user friendly in general. Hard to find what you’re looking for. The messaging portion of the app is the biggest pain. It always claims that it’ll save you time to just message through the app instead of calling but every time I use the messaging part, they wait till last minute to message back. Then I have to wait till the next business to hear back from them. Always feels like no one actually wants to do their job here.

I’m giving it 4 stars even though I’d say 3.5. The new update makes things way more user friendly. I think some improvements could be made though. Such as if you don’t want to use faceID, being able to quick view your balance again. I use faceID but for those who don’t. Now the biggest thing I’d love to see. When something is pending, have the option to revoke certain things. Not like grocery stores and such. But be able to select revoke on payments to certain companies. Even if it means that the bank has to call to ask why, I’d be happy. I’d give 5 stars at that point.
