Iv used every large cell phone service business out there and CRICKET by FAR is the BEST! My bill NEVER CHANGES !!!!! I pay $90 for 2 lines unlimited talk text web and 5Gs storage . Iv often heard ppl say “ya but they don’t get good service/reception .” And these people that say this have never nor do they have CRICKET lol . So their comments aren’t justified. I personally always have EXCELLENT srvc. And sooooo many times when we’ve gone traveling everyone else will have NO SERVICE and guess what MINE WILL! They don’t pull any gimmicks or screw you over their system is very simple easy and honest. Every time Iv gone into the store to upgrade phone their customer srvc. Is on point ! They also have payment plan options so you can get the phone you WANT and be able To set up monthly payments so you can be boogie like your friends. To add A line is ridiculously cheap, upgrading and their insurance is as well! They linkedUp with ATT recently so their even that much better 2 heads better than 1! And I think ATT had better rep. Being they’ve been around so long And CRICKET had better quality and service . So ATT being the bigger co. Was like ok let’s link up bcuz they KNEW sooner or later CRICKET was gng to blow them out the water . So that’s my opinion lol ! Basically I LOVE CRICKET it’s the one and only phone company I’ve tried that hasn’t lied or jacked my bill up and ofAll my monthly bills in general is always the same and never changes. Cricket wireless was the best buying experience I have had in a very long time. The manager of the store I stopped at in Mineola, Texas was named Amber. I told her. (Amber) what I was looking for in a phone, what I would expect from the phone, and how I would be using it. She (Amber) then suggested a couple of phones I picked the phone I preferred, and she (Amber) provided the accessories I would be needing. She (Amber) then setup my phone including moving my contacts, E-Mails, and Voice Mail to my new phone. I lost nothing!! Everything that was on my old phone she (Amber) moved some way to the new phone. It was so nice to have someone listen to my wants, and needs and then fulfill them with exactly what I needed. In my opinion Amber your manager of your Mineola store is a very smart and intuitive person with very rare talent that is being wasted stuck in a store as a Manager. Again in my opinion She (Amber) should be in a upper supervisory position in your company where she could truly put in to use her many talents in the retail world which obviously is part of who she is. She (Amber) is the best I have seen in years, and very well may be the best I have ever seen. I am most definitely going to have a Company I have financial ties with “Murphy Oil” to offer her (Amber) a District Manager position to start with just so I can see how long it takes her to increase sales, and improve the relationship with are suppliers. Anyway you should take a close look at her(Amber) before she is gone.

They port out my number and can’t get my number back. Her is what happened, I do auto pay for the service. The pay date was on 1/23 , on 1/27 can’t use the phone called cricket they said phone number got ported out but I never called 😤😤😤so they said I have to go to a store to get it fixed . And I spend 1 hour at the store the final answer I got was phone number got port out they can’t get it back . It will under investigation and let me know after 5 days . Got a called from them after a week said they were able to get the phone number but I need a new SIM card for it . So went to the store again and they told me now they can see the number but my pin wasn’t right to use this phone number and they can only send the new pin to the phone number . But …hello … the phone number doesn’t work because of you guys … Then the store people told me to call customer support and the person online said there’s nothing they can do only the people at store can’t override it .I went to store 3rd time and the manager said they can’t override without a working phone number . Called cricket customer service again and after the person heard everything she said there nothing we can do and hung up the phone . This is very poor customer service no one knows what they doing … I wish I can give zero star The whole thing cost me a lot of time and money also everyone knows how annoying to lost your phone number….and at the end they just said WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU .DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY

I’ve been a loyal 10 year customer of cricket. Long story short for the last 3 months I’ve been over charged. The first month I brushed off but the 2nd month I tried calling after being on hold on and off talking to 3 different in 2-3 hour period I was hung up on left with no answer as to why I’ve been over charged. I enrolled in auto pay the night before money was to come outta my account all of our lines were disconnected?? I immediately took the card that’s also on my auto pay account and paid our bill I was charged to reconnect our phones although it wasn’t my error I’ve had to pay them the last 3 months $20 or more on top of the $154 we already pay. I asked to speak with the manager or someone above the 4th person I’ve now spoke with just to be hung up on again I again called right back waited on hold again 30 mins just to be told someone would call me back. An hour later someone called and OMG this guy was literally yelling he cut me off numerous times didn’t answer any of my questions but wanted me to hear him out. He said all they can do is credit my account $10 for the next month. They’ve took over $60 from me in the last 3 months and obviously I’m not happy after everything I’ve had to do just to ask a simple question $10 isn’t gonna cut it. I felt like they didn’t understand my English so they did what they wanted to get me off the phone. I hung up feeling like wow That’s my thanks for being a loyal paying long time customer....
