Very good app that has it all
This app is super easy to use and has everything you need! You can pay your bill, view your bill including breakdown of charges, set up auto pay, change your payment info., view your bill, view how much data you’ve used/have left and even see exactly where your data was used....it’s broken down into percents in 10 different categories(internet, apps, chat, navigation, video, messaging, audio, cloud, downloads and gaming). The only thing I dislike is that it’s not usually accurate as it always shows me having some low percent usage for gaming when I haven’t touched a game. What I also like a lot is that you can change your plan as needed as far as how many GB you need each month. I also like the Verizon up feature: once you have accumulated enough money thru payments each month (I think it’s like $ 300 dollars), you can apply $ 5 dollars towards different things like an extra GB of data, gift cards, or “device dollars” where the money accumulates and you can use it in the future to apply to a new device. It’s free money! The last feature I love is being able to ask questions at any time about anything: Technical questions about your phone, your bill or anything you can think of really. You can browse and find your topic or speak to their support staff right from the app.
Called yesterday About an issue with one of my lines, used the insurance that we spend $45 a month for only to get a refurbished phone that is already having issues less than two months of receiving it. But the main issue is I got a customer service run around yesterday for close to two hours!? Waiting for close to 56 minutes to get an actual person and then that person seemed knowledgeable and ready to finish up my conversation and upgrade my phone not replace. But transferred me an automated system and not a person like he said he was going to transfer me too. Proceeded to wait for an actual person again another 20 minutes and then that person transferred me to someone that was supposed to help me finalize my long conversation, but transferred me to the wrong department yet again and nothing was resolved. Very disappointed with the customer service yesterday, especially when I was ready to upgrade my phone and essentially end up paying more monthly. I’ve been with Verizon for a very long time. I currently have five lines and soon to have six. I feel I should’ve had stellar service instead I had probably the worst customer service I had a long time.I would appreciate someone calling me to fix this issue with the phone that is having nothing but problems! I feel we should get a really good deal on an upgrade phone to replace the junk phone that was sent to us. We are looking to go from the X to 11 Pro.

Beware of Verizon’s changing bill! Please keep an eye on your Verizon bill daily and read the little small print on everything. Always activate a device or add a plan online never with help or In store because the activation fee is less and you save. Their bills can be very confusing so look at everything. Remember you get a discount for auto pay and paperless billing. I was on the discount until they said my debit card was a credit card and credit cards do not count so be aware what they do. Sneaky sneaky sneaky. Also before you sign up with one of their deals make sure you take a snap shot of the details so you have a record. They never gave me a credit for activation fees which was part of the deal. Sneaky company. The best thing they have done for me was after 2 or 3 months of paying my bill on time they gave me a generous line of credit to finance phones and a watch. So I do appreciate that. Be aware of everything in your contract and the fine print. Their app and website is top notch with all the calculators, estimates and details. Another thing that is great is the more lines you have on the account the less you pay, which is awesome for family plans.
