Some of the options and buttons end up unreachable when the keyboard opens and I had trouble getting my bank account verified but otherwise isn’t bad at all.

I enjoy the fact that I can easily submit a request on the portal without having to figure out who to contact. I also like the portal's bulletin board feature. It has helped me to connect with people and learn information about the area.

The app requires you to pay $5/month for a one-time debit charge to pay your rent. If you choose to set up autopay, it’s $10 per payment…. And credit is 2.95% for recurring payments. So the cheapest option for the luxury of paying your rent is $5/month, or $60 over the term of a standard 12 month lease. By comparison, this is the cost of a Costco membership, just to be able to pay your rent manually. $120 to do it automatically, which should be discounted, not MORE expensive…
