Morgan Properties Resident App features:

- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.

- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

Ratings and Reviews
Easy to Navigate
This app allows me to put in service requests with ease. Everything is sorted well and checking the status of these requests is also a breeze. I can view up to date information about my financial status and the portal allows easy navigation to different BILT reward options. I am able to sign lease documents and view my current paperwork. The community tab allows me to see ongoing and upcoming events and notifications. Everything loads fine and I have not noticed any small glitches making things difficult. Easy 5/5!
Ghosted by maintenance
Nothing but issues with my appliances. They are either rusted, painted over or just not working. My fridge just stopped working, called maintenance and they hung up on me. There’s mold growing on my windows and mold in my vents that has been on a maintenance ticket for weeks and nothing has been done. I have a child with asthma and we are constantly coughing and I think it’s from the moldy vents and windows. There’s probably mold in the walls. Maintenance hasn’t even looked at it but yelled at me over the phone and said it was soot and they see it all the time. I’m guessing all of the units are mold ridden and they know it but try to make tenants think they are overreacting.
Made an appointment with leasing to look at another unit to get out of the mold and noisy neighbors (literally up all night fighting and pounding on the walls) and was ghosted by leasing. I took off work to make it to the appoint and there is always an emergency or some reason why things don’t get done or people don’t follow through. No one followed up with me to reschedule. If you do actually manage to get a hold of someone, they will make promises they won’t keep.
It’s not bad, but it could use some fine tuning
The only part that I actually like and find helpful is how fast and easy i can pay my rent compared to the process it takes to do it on my computer. But on the other hand, it takes me like 5+ tries to make a maintenance request bc it gives you the option to leave the request page you just started typing and didn’t send yet- without saving it- If u swipe down from the top. But you also need to swipe down to leave each pop up window while u are filling out the form and it keeps completely exiting the maintenance request form and I have to start all over again. Also they don’t give you many options like the website to contact managers, etc it’s kinda limited. But overall It’s not bad
