The 2024 Parade of Homes, showcasing luxury living in the Texas Hill Country, is set to dazzle visitors from November 2 -- 10 in Enchanted Bluff community of Garden Ridge. Presented by Security Federal Service Credit Union and in partnership with CPS Energy, Hollywood Crawford Garage Doors and Openers, MG Building Materials and North Park Family of Dealerships.
The Parade is hosted by the Greater San Antonio Builders Association, the Greater New Braunfels Home Builders Association and BitterBlue invites visitors to discover the latest in high-end home design. Six extraordinary homes from top-tier builders including Dale Sauer Homes, Hearthside Homes, Japhet Builders, Macaw Custom Homes, Pencsak Builders and Sitterle Homes. These magnificent residences blend cutting-edge technology with timeless aesthetics to offer a glimpse into Hill country sophistication, just minutes from San Antonio's bustling core. Lots are available on spacious one-acre plots and homes range from 3,198 to 5,729 square feet with a variety of floor plans.

Saturdays, Open 10am -- 6 pm
Sundays, Open 12pm -- 6pm
Parking will be onsite in the Enchanted Bluff Community designated area.
Please Note: Food, drinks, smoking, strollers and high heels are not allowed in each of the parade homes. Photos are not allowed to be taken of the interior or exterior of the Parade Homes unless permission is given by the builder.
