I give the app 4 stars because, it was very easy to shop and checkout. A small hiccup when placing my order with the 3 things I wanted left me owing $3.00 . It was my last $65 on the card. The $3 popped up in all red letters and when I pulled out my personal bank card …. I couldn’t find a place to enter my info. So, rather than calling customer service AGAIN ~ I just decided to take off two items and went with the larger purchase in my shopping cart. Furthermore, I have been having the awfullest experience at any store I go to use this card for cold & flu items!!!!! It would have helped me to know I shouldn’t have went to the self check line. Anyway thanks to the one cashier ( A Kroger Employee)who felt sorry for me and pushed my last purchase threw even though the cash register refused my whole order. Thanks for read. Update June 26, 2024: so the scanner on my app is working now. I decided to scan some products. I’ve already purchased with my OTC card, and the scanner told me the products were not eligible. this app is not useful to me if it’s not going to tell me which products are actually eligible.Previous review: My scanner still won’t work. If I search for a product, then I click on it the Apple freeze, and then if I restart the app, it will crash. There’s not enough of a selection on the app making you have to go to the store, which doesn’t help if the scanner isn’t working I wish I could shop directly on the stores website like we used to be able to do with Walmart online. it was much more convenient for me since I am unable to drive and I need help in the store because I am legally blind. i’ve even tried reaching out to the developer with an email address that I saw that they developer replied with on one of these reviews, but I never got a response. at this point, I’m really irritated with this app Update May 10,2024 I’m going to start adding dates because I posted this review weeks ago and the app isn’t fixed. This isn’t my first post either. I posted a review over a month ago. I’ve called Nations Benefits and they said they put a ticket on for the developer and I also tried emailing the developer again and got no response. I’ve noticed that the developer has replied to some of these reviews but never to mine.

For my insurance Freedom, this app is supposed to let me scan a product at the select retailer and it will tell me if it is an approved purchase. Was adopting a pet. The majority of items were said to be approved by the app. If one wasn’t I looked for comparable ones that were. At the register it said $4 was covered. I needed the items, used a credit card and submitted a request for reimbursement. I got a letter saying the items were not covered despite showing the app saying the items were approved. Thank goodness I went ahead and spent the money on other items because I only had a few days or I would lose it. I knew they would deduct it from my next benefit credit if I spent it and then they reimbursed me but was worried they wouldn’t. Happened to me before when I lost my card. I submitted my receipts & it was denied because even though I had to pay with a credit card while waiting for my new benefits card in order not to lose the benefits they refused because I had the groceries delivered but I wasn’t told that. Since I had to use my own form of payment I didn’t think it would matter if they were delivered for $7. We are old and/or disabled. It is difficult getting to and around the store. Why penalize a person who had to use their own form of payment because it was delivered 1 time because of a lost card and time running out

Horrific unlike every other co they don't provide med transport or med supplies they say use itc but it doesn't work and almost all Pullups are denied by the scanner so that's just the beginning. $400 a yr for Uber if that's what your supposed to use for all medical and such it will be gone in a few months esp if you are chronic care so forget it helping w bills .Products that are scanned and say eligible are not so you take hrs scanning w a scanner that barely works to check out in pain and be told you owe $100 but they have no way to tell you which items where covered and what wasn't w out rescanning one by one so everyone hates you and you are so exhausted you either leave w out what you need or just pay . For many of us that means going w out bc we only get out 1 x a week or less . All Walmart didn't have only your card not working so you said pay and submit receipt I'll get reimbursed that was over 6 months ago and I still don't have $200 !! I'm told it hasn't been long enough or get a person that doesn't understand English enough and refuses to give me a supervisor or person that speaks English better. Now it won't accept my member # suddenly so I lost all my funds for this month and they won't help!
