Sequence All Stops MANUALLY - Issues

Great app - only serious issue I face once a week sequencing manually, is that when I completed checking all my stops it will have one unresolved stop which is sequenced on another already selected stop and will not show the last “to select stop” to proceed. I will have to delete the app and data 2-3 times and wait for the app to log me out and hope it will eventually fix the error. Please fix as a PRIORITY, manually setting stops is an important option for everyday delivery.

Great app - only serious issue I face once a week sequencing manually, is that when I completed checking all my stops it will have one unresolved stop which is sequenced on another already selected stop and will not show the last “to select stop” to proceed. I will have to delete the app and data 2-3 times and wait for the app to log me out and hope it will eventually fix the error. Please fix as a PRIORITY, manually setting stops is an important option for everyday delivery.

Love the app and a huge improvement from the old one. A few minor fixes and concerns would make it amazing:1. Add an option for a top-down view of the map when navigating. The slanted view makes it hard to see which house your stop is.2. Multiple packages for different apartment numbers should be made as separate stops. Ex: Apt 101 and Apt 201 should be made separate stops. This helps with organization, loading and locating packages3. Add an option to use the app as a just a scanner without navigation. Some drivers memorize their route and don’t use navigation so streamlining that would be good for them.4. Don’t show where the package is from when scanning. We shouldn’t know that a package is from Nike, Nordstrom or whatever5. Stops close to eachother are sometimes combined into one stops. Makes it confusing and can lead to miss deliveriesI look forward to the changes.

A feature to seamlessly use a Bluetooth barcode scanner properly is a must as the scanner with the phone doesn’t always focus on the correct barcode and won’t scan anything until all other barcodes are hidden, even if the wrong barcode isn’t visible in the “scan” screen. The phone still picks it up, and you need two free hands to be able to scan which isn’t always possible. Second, please let us sign in landscape mode so that the signature box fills out the screen. I have to get a signature for every stop, and the amount of people complaining about having to sign in a tiny box in portrait mode is getting outrageous.

Before, you could see which company/brand each package belonged to, which made it much easier to find the package upon arriving at each stop. Another super annoying thing is when scanning—I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the app or the labels, but sometimes it’s really hard to scan even if the label looks to be in good condition, and you have to enter it manually.
