They signed me up to transfer mobile phone service from Verizon without my permission after I said I would think about it and get back to them. I never did decide to switch and found out after a couple of months that they had started billing me even though no phones were ever activated. They had my card # from my cable account! I’ve been to the store twice after calling customer service and can’t get any answers about a refund. Tomorrow is next billing day and I think they’ll charge me again. The store manager has told me he will try to talk to his boss to approve. Both times I’ve been told I will hear in 2 days. It’s been almost 2 weeks. And nothing!Who can I contact for REAL HELP?

Nobody told me this was Only automatic payments when I signed up. They said I had to provide my card that day to make a payment for something-I don’t remember what. Said it was for that day only. I called and asked to remove my card number and they said they can’t do that because it’s Only Automatic payments. I gave them another number and they continue to use the one I said to remove. They don’t tell you up front it’s only automatic payments so make sure you read the fine print!

Just get apple care for your device

If my phone breaks down, I need it replaced immediately. I’m getting apple care once my claim is processed because waiting an entire week for someone to press a button and send me my replacement device is absurd and not worth paying $13 a month for. I should just be able to walk into an Xfinity store and be serviced the same day. What makes you think I wanna be without my phone for a week? Awful service
